Just recently went to Koh Chang from the airport. I got a grab to the arrivals on the top floor at entrance 8 then went down the escalators inside to the 1st floor where the bus counter is. Easy and smooth trip, a mini van to the ferry port. Got on the ferry with the minivan which then dropped us off at the resort (near Kai bae beach) possible extra charge if going further (not sure where). I used 12go and everything seemed fine

به نظرم اینجا یکی از بهترین فرودگاه های جهانه. واقعا فوق العاده تمیز و آن تایم. با مردمی مهربان و البته خندان. اینجا قوانین به طرز فوق العاده ای سطح بالاست و همه به آن در ایران فرودگاه احترام می گذارند.

Prima busservice, doet wat het belooft. Kaartjes kan je vlak voor vertrek van de bus nog kopen. Het loket zit op de begane grond (verd 1) onder de departures van Suvarnabuhmi airport. Je komt er het makkelijkst door naar de taxi standplaats te lopen en door te lopen naar ingang 8.
Het busje heeft plaats voor 15-20 mensen en heeft airco. We vertrokken om 11 uur en hadden de ferry van 16:30 naar Koh Chang. De bus gaat mee op de boot en brengt je tot aan lonely beach, als je verder moet wordt er een taxi geregeld (dat kost wel extra).

Sehr professioneller Fahrer. Temperatur im Bus war gut. Leider nur eine Pause eine Stunde nach der Abfahrt. Minibus bringt einen bis ans Hotel auf Koh Chang.

We took the 8am transfer service from Bangkok airport to Koh Chang. Everything was ok. The only thing I have to say is the following: we arrived to the pier at 1am and had to wait 45m for the ferry. So we ended up arriving to Koh Chang at 3pm which was the estimated arrival time but being at the pier at 1pm made me think we would arrive earlier.
