Good View Guesthouse & Camping

Beautiful, charming house with an incredible view over the valley, that will make your breakfast (or sunset) part of a fairytale.

The owner was really helpful during my whole stay, recommended vegetarian restaurants and helped me improve my Thai.

I will definitely stay again with them, it was really a pleasure 🙂

Amzing view from the garden where you can chill and have breakfast.
Owner is very friendly.
The room looks great and spacious enough.
Only downside is that you can hear the neighbor room very well.

We arrived without booking but that was no problem. We got a room with a/c, very clean and everything you need for one day.
Breakfast was included.
Everyone was super friendly and happy to help with dinner recommendations.

Needed somewhere to stay, this place was very dark at night. When we woke up, it was like being in a mystical place. From the animals to the jungle trees. The birds singing and roosters crowing. Seeing the vast mountains scape with a sun rising up. This place is well worth the money. Don't second guess it.

The room is clean, and the owner is friendly. I paid 700b per room without breakfast, so price is reasonable.

We stayed with Annie at her guesthouse and even thought it was short, it was an unforgettable experience. Annie was so sweet and had a great energy, we loved chatting with her and above all, the view was amazing (even though there was some fog that morning ^^). We’d love to come back during the sunflower season and stay even longer!

During the peak season, the pricing is reasonable for a clean and customer-friendly room. I highly recommend it.

The view, hospitality, and rooms are all fantastic. In the morning, the sun rises from behind the mountains, right in front of the resort. There is a beautiful valley and stunning view that is completely unobstructed, and there are many tables and benches where you can sit and enjoy the view. One of the rare accommodations which has group rooms (for 3 or 4 pax) as well as single/double rooms.

The owners are so friendly and pleasant and the rooms are comfortable. Could provide a thicker blanket during the cold season though as it gets chilly.

Hot water works well, there's a kettle in the room and they provide bananas and a boiled egg for breakfast too as well as 3 in 1 coffee.

It's quite close to a good Cafe, Coffee Jack as well as driving distance to other amenities in town. Highly recommend if you're staying in Khun Yuam for the night.

Simple and very affordable rooms are surrounded by stunning gardens and views. Annie provides an excellent welcome service and we had a great pit-stop stay.

All private rooms, wonderful view on the hills. Not the cleanest place ever, but considering it's all ground floor, you might find some ants running around.

I ended up camping in tent and enjoyed it very much. Reasonable price 200 baht and plenty of hot shower. Hospitality plus here. Walk into town in the morning for rice porridge in the market then to Coffee Jack for best Latte in ages

A beautiful campground, with amazing views to wake up to, the hosts are lovely and helpful. And there is nice hot showers for when it gets a bit chilly in the evening.

We camped at Good View Guesthouse and Camping and had a great experience. The place had scenic views and was quiet. The bathrooms were clean and had a hot shower and the optional breakfast we added was delicious and fueled us well for a day of cycling. Best of all, Pawinee and her family were so welcoming and kind. I highly recommend!

Amazing place with a beautiful view and insane garden.

It was a great place to rest and put up our tent with very nice hosts. It was 150 baht for a tent spot with wifi, very hot shower, and a few electrical ports at the bathroom. It was everything two sweaty cycle tourers could ask for.

Good View Guesthouse is an amazing Location with wonderful Garden,Views and verry kind and welcomming Straff. We hat a great Stay ! Would recommend this as the best Guesthouse in Khun Yuam!

This place is great. It’s safe, away from the hustle and bustle, and has a wonderful view of the forest behind it. The beds and pillows are decent and the price is good. Has fast WiFi and air con. Highly recommend
