Casa Mia Restaurant, Downtown Mae Sot City

Great food, not only Thai but also a surprising number of international dishes. The sweet sour vegetables were delicious.
The staff can speak good English and the menu is in English language as well. Prices are average. You can definitely go cheaper in Mae Sot, but mostly you don't want to ;-)

My favourite restaurant in Mae Sot! Visited regularly during my stay in January and now. It has a wide menu with both western and asian food. The pasta dishes are delicious, but a bit pricy and expect to wait much more than an asian one! Staff speaks English, but some of them don't seemed to be very welcoming.. at least now. When I came in January they were nicer.

Huge selection, both western (American, Italian, and some Mexican-style) and Thai/Burmese. No trouble ordering in English. Lots of vegan/vegetarian options.

One of the best restaurants in Mae Sot. They have a large variety of Foreign, Thai, Italian, and delicious Burmese food. Their shakes are decent, but definitely ask them to add sugar. Their dessert is wonderful though, as are most of the other dishes.

This is just near Phanu guesthouse, across the street. We ate here practically the entire stay in this district, lunch or dinner. We loved all the kinds of curry and rice dishes. We had shakes and coffee as well, so far all were good. Price is also friendly to backpackers and the serving is big, could be for sharing. The server is good in English so we did not have any problems communicating the level of spiciness we can take.

Came here with a group of intern two years ago, this was one of our favourite places to eat by far. The best drink the avocado shake. Honestly, I miss this restaurant and I would 100% come back to Mae Sot and have breakfast or dinner here

I had Pizza and Pasta. Bother were really nice. It didn’t taste like a proper Westernised or Italian pizza, but it was still really good. The fruit smoothie was delicious too.

One of my tavorite places to stop when i visit Maesot when I want Burmese/Karen type of food and/or western type food and desserts. Be sure to ask about the dessert of the day, which could be brownie, Bonofee pie, etc. The prices are affordable and the service is top notch. Go when there's not a large crowd. Otherwise, you'll need to wait or just order similar dishes.

Excellent food wide variety. Currently short staffed but well worth the food and ambiance. They gave been consistent for many years.

Good western breakfast. A la carte 4 eggs with potatoes, 2 large slices of toast and 2 coffee cost 140 THB.

The best place you can have a western cuisine in Mae Sot. Their desserts are surprisingly tasty!!!
