Swankaburi Boutique Hotel

Stay here on September 4, 2018. Look out from the outside, not very noticeable, but within the invitation to be fascinated. The room is classic Thai style, dark tone from real wood furniture. The room is spacious, comfortable, parents are comfortable. Good breakfast in the back garden, good atmosphere, good price, close to the community.

What a great 600 baht hotel! Very unique traditional thai decor, great staff, cute little garden. Lived in Thailand 12 years and this could well be the best 600 baht, 3 star hotel I have ever stayed in. The little town it is in is also one of the cleanest we have seen. My thai wife was very impressed by the cleanliness of the town as we took a walk for our evening meal. Quiet little town closes down early. Not a hip party town so if you looking for that then this is not for you but a great clean quiet place at a great price this is near perfection! Only bad thing I could say is no hot water pot in room but there is one in lobby. The free breakfast was traditional thai Jok rice soup (delicious) and some toast options. Definitely saving this on my list of favorites!!!
Forgot: also super fast Wi-Fi!! And comfortable bed!!!

Very close to the market. You can just take a 3-min walk there in the early morning and enjoy observing local people going about their lives.

ดีทุกอย่าง อาหารเช้าข้าวต้มหมูอร่อยบนระเบียงไม้ ชมสวนสวย ห้องสะอาดมาก เตียงนอนสบายมาก ห้องกว้าง ผ้าเช็ดตัวหอมกลิ่นสะอาดมากๆ ทำเลดีมากใจกลางเมือง ใกล้สถานีรถไฟ ดีทุกอย่าง ยังหาที่ติไม่ได้เลยค่ะ

スコータイ王朝時代のユネスコ世界遺産登録史跡のあるスコータイとシーサッチャナイを結ぶ国道101号線上のほぼ中間地点に当たるサワンカローク市街化区域の北端にある5階建て20室の小さなホテル。建屋は昔ながらの長屋を現代風のリゾートホテルにアレンジし直したもので絶対的な客室スペースや格式は物足りないが、それを補って余りあるタイ伝統家屋風の装飾センスの高さに感心。特に室町時代の日本でも名を馳せたという宋胡録陶器を館内のコモンスペースや客室の至る所に飾り立てているあたりは他のビジネスライクなホテルでは絶対に味わえない独特な趣向である。また、タイ伝統様式の木製家具を豪勢に配置していることをはじめ、寝具やカーテンから照明器具に至るまで全般的に質感の高さが際立っている。ホテルの裏手は見事な庭園が整えられており正にブティック・ホテルを名乗るに相応しい雰囲気造りがなされている。

Lage:
Das Hotel liegt ca. 1 km von der Bushaltestelle und 400 m vom Bahnhof entfernt.
Sawankhalok selbst ist ganz nett. Man ist nicht auf Touristen eingestellt. Man spricht nur wenig Englisch. Einmal würden wir als Exoten fotografiert 😗. Um 18:00 Uhr macht alles dicht. Wir kamen Samstag abends an und hatten arge Probleme, etwas zu essen zu finden. Wenn man länger bleibt, lernt man aber die Stellen kennen, die einen versorgen.

Zimmer:
Unser Zimmer war nach hinten raus. Kein Ausblick, aber ruhig.
Es gab einen Schrank, eine Kommode und Nachttische mit Schubladen.
Es war hell genug.
Es gab genügend Steckdosen.
Im Fernseher gab es 30 Programme, aber keine internationalen Programme.
Die Klimaanlage hat funktioniert, wurde von uns aber nicht benutzt.
Es gab leider keine Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern.

Bett:
Das Bett war etwas hart. Wir haben gut geschlafen

Bad:
Viel warmes Wasser! Die Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt.

Frühstück:
Gute Reissuppe, Toast, Marmelade.
Nescafé und Tee.
Man frühstückt draußen mit Blick auf den gepflegten Garten. Sehr schön.

WiFi:
Stabil und schnell genug.

Sauberkeit:
Alles war sauber.

Lautstärke:
Unser Zimmer war nach hinten raus und ruhig.
Morgens hier man den Trubel der Schule nebenan. Das hat uns nicht gestört. Auch nicht die skurrile Marschmusik, die das Schulorchester eingeübt hat.

Personal:
Freundlich, unaufdringlich.

Organisation:
Alles hat gut funktioniert. Wir sind einen Tag früher abgereist, was kein Problem war.

Fazit:
Wir können das Hotel weiterempfehlen
