Mae Kuatiu is the "Soup Instance" in Nong Tad. For many decades she runs her small noodle soup kitchen in which there is Kuatiu Nahm - the authentic Thai noodle soup.

She got a good soul and she is the linchpin for exchanging news in the area.

Mae Kuatiu makes one of the best kuatiu in the region - unlike many other noodle soup kitchens, glutamate is not used here - time makes the soup so delicious.

Many guests come from far and wide to enjoy this naturally cooked soup. Mae Kuatiu serves Chinese meatballs and pork as standard, but sometimes there is also a version with chicken wings or legs.

Fried garlic, crispy bean sprouts and a handful of fish coriander must not be missing and the "world is beautiful"!

If you are near the visit worthwhile in addition to the consumption of a Kuatiu in any case.

Mae Kuatiu still has some work to do on the ambience - so today only four out of five stars.

Mae Kuatiu ist die "Suppen-Instanz" in Nong Tad. Seit vielen Jahrzehnten betreibt sie ihre kleine Nudelsuppenküche in der es Kuatiu Nahm - die authentisch thailändische Nudelsuppe gibt.

Sie ist ein Herz von einer Seele und der Dreh- und Angelpunkt für den Austausch von Neuigkeiten in der Gegend.

Mae Kuatiu macht eine der besten Kuatiu Nahm der Region – anders als bei vielen anderen Nudelsuppenküchen wird hier kein Glutamat verwendet – hier macht die Zeit den hervorragenden Geschmack der Suppe aus.

Viele Gäste kommen von weit her um diese natürlich gekochte Suppe zu genießen. Serviert wird sie im bei Mae Kuatiu standardmäßig mit Chinesischen Fleischbällchen und Schweinefleisch, aber manchmal gibt es auch eine Variante mit Hühner-Flügeln oder -Schlegeln.

Gebratener Knoblauch, knackfrische Sojasprossen und eine Handvoll fischen Korianders darf natürlich nicht fehlen und die „Welt ist schön“!

Wenn man in der Nähe ist lohnt sich der Besuch nebst dem Verzehr einer Kuatiu in jedem Falle.

Am Ambiente muss Mae Kuatiu noch etwas arbeiten – daher heute nur vier von fünf Sternen.
