Lovely gym with fully modernized equipments. I must admit that members are super polite, and the owner knows what he’s doing. I would say it’s probably one of the best gyms I have ever been to in my entire life. Most importantly, it’s not too crowded during typical peak hours.

On the other hand, there’s a restaurant on the first floor, and it’s absolutely amazing. Also, price is reasonably cheap; definitely bang for the buck. I can’t think of any gym that’s more compact than Boost Fitness in Thailand. In my humble opinion, if you’re one of those serious gym goers then you simply can’t pass this fantastic gym.

I visited this gym after it being recommended to me by a friend and upon arrival I was blown away, so far the best equipment I’ve ever used and I’ve trained for 30+ years.
Other customers there were very friendly and the staff very polite and helpful too. I highly recommend this gym to anyone and even more so if your a serious bodybuilder

Boost Fitness Bangkok is a great gym,well equipped,professional instructors,friendly staff and clean developing room.Price may quite expensive,but it comes with a quality.

A variety of a premium Thai and Western cuisine and cocktails are served at Boost Bar.Spagehetti Avocado Sauce and Chicken Risotto Sauce for clean food lovers are recommended.

Probably the best fitness center around. Top notch equipment for both weight and cardio, daily fitness, yoga, dance classes, steam room and a restaurant. The complex includes an excellent car care and also a good Muay Thai training ground. What else do you need? The trainers, dance and yoga teachers are highly skilled and give a great atmosphere to the place.
Highly recommended!

Really good gym with excellent machines - I have made major improvements since training at Boost - lots of machines for each body part - expensive compared to other Bangkok gyms but worth the price

เป็นสมาชิกมา5เดือน คงไม่ไปที่ไหนแล้ว เพราะที่นี่ดีที่สุดแล้ว ใครไม่เคยมา บ้านอยู่ไม่ไกลมาก ต้องมาดูก่อนไปสมัครที่อื่น ร้านอาหารชั้น1 ก็อร่อย อาหารดี มีดนตรีฟัง ศุกร์เสาร์ 6-10pm ราคาก็ไม่แพงด้วย ติอย่างเดียว ร้านอาหาร Booster’s bar ปิด4ทุ่มเร็วไปหน่อย
