Welcoming staff, clean facilities, nice showers and much cardio equipment with one squat rack. Oliver, the owner is very helpful to new gym-goers yet wants to learn from experienced gym rats as well.

I love the attached coffee shop where they also cook a variety of delicious market priced food.

It is my favourite GYM so far in Chiang Rai city of Thailand.
Very friendly owners who speak many languages and happy to have a good conversation.
The GYM has bars construction to practice street workout (body weight)

we came with 2 friends gym which has everything you need to train well. Plenty of room for bodyweight workouts and a good vibe between upstairs with muay thai and those pushing downstairs

프랑스인남편과 태국인 부인이 운영하는 헬스장. 치앙라이에 3개월머물면서 2달을 다녔는데 너무 좋았다. 특히 트레이너겸 사장이 프랑스인이라 유렵인 손님들이 많았다. 유럽인들하고 같이 헬스하기는 처음인듯 잘생기고 예쁜 유럽인들이 많아서 집중하기 힘들었다. ㅎㅎ 헬스장내에 커피와 음식도 판매하기때문에 장기여행자에겐 딱 좋다. 기구들고 관리가 잘되있고 다들 친절하고 잘 웃어준다. 한국인손님은 내가 처음이라서 더 잘해준듯하다. 한국분들 일일이용 50밧이니 여행중 잠시 운동하면서 식사와 커피마시고 가도 만족스러운것 같아요. 클럽페이스북에 내사진이 있으니 이상하다 ㅎㅎ สวัสดีครับผมชื่อยองครับสบายดีทุกคนไหมครับคิดถึงจังเลย
