If your into temple hopping Chiang mai is a great place to visit. Many cool temples to see but parking so difficult to find space and park. But this is a big problem in Thailand anyways. When they build things the parking lots are not on top of priorities. And public transportation suck whether your waiting too long, the taxi rip you off, or they don't want to take you somewhere.
