I have been in this hotel for four stays so far, returning every few months, and as frequently as possible. Many people have asked me: “Are you not sick of eating the same thing (breakfast) again for one month?”. The answer is a flat no. The breakfast buffet rotates the options every single day. Even if the selection/variety is not as high as it was in May last year, effort is still put into making sure food options differs from the previous day.

If breakfast is the start of one’s day, I must take this opportunity to compliment the people who are part of the good start of my day.

Pim ( I call her ‘Egg Princess’ ) is the girl who makes the best omelettes. I met her back in May last year during my first stay. She is the constant chef involved with my breakfast eggs. After a few days, she has had my order memorized and I do not even need to tell her what I want for breakfast. Each time I leave Rayong, I will crave for her breakfast omelettes, every time I return, I find that her omelettes are getting better and better.

Nam is the girl who makes my hot chocolate during breakfast. She has a great flair for art. I caught her drawing a bear on the top of the hot chocolate meant for a child and I kept asking to have one. Her chocolate is so good that I occasionally phone for her iced chocolate to be delivered to me at the pool. These are the pictures of Nam’s chocolates (hot and cold).

One is the lady who listens to me when I have something to say about food, mainly because I have trouble ordering noodles due to the language barrier. She pays attention to me and helps me order the perfect bowl of noodles.

I wish to add on about dinner. I always come to level 5 for a simple meal during the early evening almost every day. Patt, Bell, Fern are always there for me and helps to order food that matches my preferences. They make ordering food easy and meals enjoyable for me everyday.
