It seems the walls have shared tales of many lively conversations, perhaps a tad too loudly.

Furthermore, the sanctuary of the bathroom, often a retreat for tranquility, holds a precarious balance between dry and wet zones. The water heater, once a beacon of warmth, appeared to have taken a pause in the room I occupied, leaving the promise of a steaming shower unfulfilled.

In the grand narrative of this budget-friendly abode, echoes of conviviality mix with the hum of minor inconveniences. Yet, in the spirit of adventure and the charm of imperfection, one might find solace in the dance of stories that unfold within these walls, where even the quirks contribute to the character of this unique haven

Room: Had taken the bigger room and it had a living room and bedroom separated by a partial wall. The rooms are cleaned daily.

Cleanliness: The hotel and room were well maintained and clean.
Bathroom: The bathroom had a tub and hot water was good. Wash basin did not have hot water but running cold water had good flow.

Staff: The staff were very polite and helpful. English is spoken by the staff at the reception.

Food: I do not recollect seeing a restaurant in the hotel. However, there are many places to eat within walking distance from the hotel. Walking street and the clock tower are nearby. Plenty of food stalls in the vicinity.

Safety: The hotel has security guards and the area appeared to be very safe at night.

The hotel is well maintained and very clean. The check-in process was fast and without any hassle. The room is considered good, with a comfortable bed, basic toiletries, towels, tv, mini fridge, Air-conditioning, and a water heater. There is no hair dryer, and a security safe. The water pressure is good, however the water heater is not powerful enough during the cold season. There is also a communal area where you can hang out to have your meals.

This is a great hotel for its price! the hotel is within walking distance to everything you need. It's easy to find. The street is very calm and quiet. I slept with the window open and for the first time in a year nothing disturbed me. I was glad to spend 3 peaceful nights there. The room is not new, but it looks good, clean, cleaned every day, towels are changed every day, water is replenished every day. The shower mixer is a little inconvenient, but it is not critical. When checking in, they take a deposit of 500 baht, but I understood that this is a common practice almost everywhere in Thailand. if everything is ok after staying in the room, the money will be returned without any problems. if someone needs a kettle, there is none, but there is a fridge. Wi-Fi is normal, but not great, sometimes it worked poorly. There are a good massage salon, cafes and laundries nearby.

Very comfortable hotel room - felt more like my own apartment while I was there as the building I was in was a walk away from reception. Short walk away from eateries and cultural attractions such as temples and the clock tower that is interesting at night with a light show.
The shower in the room was nice, and there was a small TV and air con included. Free bittled water as well.
Was very clean when I arrived, and staff kept it clean during my stay as well.

Decent location. Rooms were good. Breakfast they offer in the morning was not that good. Close walk to the center of Chiang Rai from here. Lots of good restaurants around here. As well as loved the study for students around the corner where I could get good bubble tea.

My first time ever in Chiang Rai. I selected this hotel simply because it look nice. Very impressed clean staff is very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you were going to Chiang Rai. Great value for the money.if I had anything to complain about I would probably complain that the TV seem to be too small in my room. I would have liked to seen bigger than 24" but if that's all I can complain about, I guess I have nothing.

We made a reservation here a couple of months ago for the last week of October. But then there was a change of plan and those dates got changed. Thinking that this reservation got canceled, we went ahead and booked another hotel. Only when we arrived in Chiang Rai that we realized that we had an extra reservation at B2 hotel. We went and spoke to a very nice male staff at the front desk. After discussing our situation with his supervisor, he took our contact information and offered to follow up. To our surprise he did contact us back and we were able to get some refund back. Thank you to Jiraphat and his team for working with us to find solutions.

Love this hotel! Room was clean and spacious. Wifi so fast and they will give wifi username with a part of your name! So unique and creative :)
Price so reasonable and cheap. Will be back and stay at this hotel for sure.

Good decoration taste, i have changed two different rooms for curiousity and both of them in great conditions, a/c and toilet perfect

Very good for 650b gave 5stars as evary thing worked and is clean .and the free Wi-Fi no password needed ran at 38 Meg .been in hotels costing twice as much and not as good overall well recommended
