Cafe’ine COFFEE

The atmosphere is very good. The same mood with the Melt in Your Mouth, but in a loft style. The cafe and the area are covered with big trees. It is extremely shady, for those who like nature will easily fall in love this place. The most coffee shops in the city might lack this part, even though the coffee tastes good, but had to endure pollution that getting inside from traffic. And although some cafes that are even outside the city, but often do not like planting trees, in order to let their customers to enjoy taking their scenery pictures with no big tree to obstruct their view.

Here, their coffee beans from Doi Mae Salong are fragrant, delicious, but secretly rich in caffeine as the name of the shop, haha. Normally, I can drink up to two cups of black coffee. But for this shop, I could only drink just one.

The coolest is the coffee cup of the shop is big. Brandname is Loveramic. It is the cup that once won award, . Many leading barista use this brand of coffee cup, which satisfies both the amount of coffee and can maintain the temperature of the coffee longer than other cups. It is similar to a Starbuck cup for serving Americano.

Saw the price set by the cafe owner. Looking at my point of being a coffee drinker and knew some information about Arabica coffee. I think it is too cheap for the shop that uses authentic Arabica seeds and does not mix with Robusta at all, and the shop that has much in decoration. But I understand their limitations of the shop location.

Therefore trying to recommend that the shop owner should keep develop more and more about hot brewing skill, so, at least their shop will become the only shop in Thoeng District that can brew hot coffee equivalent to a shop in the city.

In conclusion, I considered this shop is one of the best cafes. which is not just a check-in cafe, and order a sweetened ice espresso then grab and go, like many other cafe in the nearby area. If I have a chance to visit Thoeng district, this cafe must be the top list for me to visit.

ออกตัวก่อนครับว่า ผมเป็นสายกาแฟร้อน ชอบทานอะเมริกาโน คาปูชิโน่ ลาเต้ เป็นหลัก แต่ก็ได้ลองสั่ง Espresso เย็นมาทาน เจ้าของร้านก็ชงได้อร่อยอยู่ครับ

ที่ร้านบรรยากาศดีมากๆ เลยนะครับ ความรื่นรมณ์อารมณ์เดียวกันกับ Melt in Your Mouth แบบย่อส่วน แต่เป็นสไตล์ Loft ตัวร้านกาแฟและพื้นที่ทุกๆ จุด ปกคลุมไปด้วยต้นไม้ใหญ่ ร่มรื่นสุดขีด ใครที่ชอบธรรมชาติ ไม่อยากไปนั่งร้านกาแฟที่อากาศร้อนๆ ต้องชอบแน่นอน ซึ่งร้านกาแฟในตัวเมืองส่วนมากจะขาดตรงนี้ที่ถึงกาแฟจะรสชาติดี แต่ต้องทนเสพรถรา มลภาวะแทนที่จะได้รับธรรมชาติที่ดี และถึงแม้ว่าร้านกาแฟบางที่ที่ถึงจะอยู่นอกเมืองก็ตาม แต่ก็มักจะไม่นิยมปลูกต้นไม้ เพื่อเน้นให้ลูกค้าถ่ายรูปออกมาสวยๆ แต่ต้องทนร้อนกันแทน

ที่นี่ใช้เมล็ดกาแฟจากดอยแม่สลอง หอมอร่อย แต่แอบอุดมไปด้วยปริมาณคาเฟอีนมากนิส สมชื่อร้านเขาเลย 555 ปกติผมสามารถทานกาแฟดำได้ถึงสองแก้ว แต่มาร้านนี้ทานได้แก้วเดียวฮะ

ที่เด็ดสุดคือแก้วกาแฟของร้านเขาใหญ่มาก เป็นถ้วยกาแฟของ Loveramic ที่ได้รับรางวัลมาแล้ว บาริสต้าชั้นนำหลายท่านก็ใช้ถ้วยกาแฟยี่ห้อนี้ ซึ่งได้ความจุใจทั้งปริมาณกาแฟและยังสามารถรักษาอุณหภูมิกาแฟให้ร้อนอยู่ได้นานกว่าแก้วอื่นๆ ครับ เหมือนแก้วกาแฟอะเมริกาโนร้อนของร้านสตาร์บัคนั่นแหล่ะครับ

เห็นราคาที่เจ้าของร้านตั้งไว้ มองในมุมของผมที่เป็นนักดื่มกาแฟและเสพข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับกาแฟอะราบิก้ามาไม่น้อย แอบคิดในใจว่าพี่เขาตั้งราคาถูกไปหน่อยหนึ่งสำหรับร้านที่ใช้เมล็ดอะราบิก้าแท้และไม่ได้ปนโรบัสต้าเลย และร้านที่ตกแต่งสวยเสียขนาดนี้ แต่ก็เข้าใจในข้อจำกัดของทำเลนะครับ เลยพยายามแนะนำให้เจ้าของร้านพัฒนาทักษะการชงร้อนให้มากขึ้นเรื่อยๆ เพื่ออย่างน้อยร้านเขาจะกลายเป็นร้านเดียวในอำเภอเทิงที่ชงกาแฟร้อนได้เทียบเท่ากันกับร้านในเมือง ซึ่งตอนนี้ก็ถือว่าพี่เขาทำได้ดีแล้วล่ะครับ ร้านอื่นๆ ในละแวกนั้นยังทำไมไ่ด้แบบนี้

อย่างไรก็ตาม ถือว่าเป็นร้านกาแฟที่ทำได้ดีร้านหนึ่ง ที่ไม่ใช่แค่ร้านเช็คอินสั่งเอสเพรสโซเย็นทั่วๆ ไป ถ้ามาเที่ยวทาง อ.เทิง ที่นี่คงต้องเป็นร้านกาแฟอันดับต้นๆ สำหรับผมเลยที่จะเช็คอินเสมออย่างแน่นอนครับ
