Canalis Suvarnabhumi Airport Hotel

This Hotel is excellent if you want to stay close to the airport. It's 4 Star Quality, good service, and has a nice pool and small garden where you can chill. There is a good restaurant and a 7 eleven right next to it. The area is quite busy and I wouldn't spend my holiday there but for a day before/after a flight it's very good.

We just needed a place for 1-night since we had early flights out in the morning. Check in was very quick and smooth as was check out. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hallways are not airconditioned and one of them smelled like it was used as a smoking area, but that did not filter into the rooms and might have been an isolated issue. We were 15 minutes or less from the airport and they organized all transportation to and from. If you're visiting Bangkok itself, it might be a bit far from everything.

Nice confortable Hotel close to the North side of the airport. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Restaurant is great for breakfast. Evening meals are reasonably priced for the venue. If you have any allergies, make sure they completely understand when ordering!

I recommend this hotel for a quick stay next to the airport (not for a whole holiday,the hotel is quite far from the inner city, around 1 hour with car). We stayed here for two nights after and before our flights to/from BKK Bangkok. It was a good choice, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the hotel looked nice. It is like 10-15 minutes from the airport by car (can be more after work hours due to the construction). 7-11 was close and also a great restaurant next to the hotel.

Really wish that international airport hotels had better hours for their kitchens. Beds need to be soft, all mattress are rock hard in Thailand, and would be refreshing to actually sleep on something softer than the floor. Otherwise the couch in the lobby is the only place you want to sleep. This hotel is very clean, the restaurant is below average, eat elsewhere. Staff was exceptional and very efficient. 10 stars for service!

My family and I recently stayed at Canalis Hotel, and we were so incredibly pleased with our experience. The hotel is clean, modern, and nothing has been overlooked! Kh. Dream in reception went above and beyond to serve us in every way, including helping us book taxis, shuttle our bags, and, in general, he was always available to see what we needed. The rooms were very spacious, which was important for our large family. We love the ample wardrobe space, and my children had so much fun with the oversized bath tubs! We also enjoyed the pool, which is very well maintained with comfortable poolside seating. The food is delicious Thai cuisine, but also features international fare. We will definitely stay here again!! Thank you for the lovely stay!

Hotel looks new, well laid out in a resort style with fantastic pool facilities. It’s fairly quiet although it’s near a busy road with lots of restaurants and bars. Sky train is also not too far away so getting into the city is fairly easy.
Room was fantastic, comfortable and spacious. Bathroom was well appointed with modern fittings and a rain shower.
Customer service is fantastic, friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle makes for a convenient pick-up and drop off. I would definitely stay here again, for longer than overnight and bring my swimmers to make use of the great pool.
Food at the restaurant was also yummy, well priced and quick - which was perfect for me as I had limited time.

Just a 5 minute taxi ride from arrivals. The better value hotels will be a short taxi ride away! This is a great choice!

Bed was extremely comfy for a layover and the Pad Thai room service was delicious.

I also remember the staff to be extremely friendly and they rang and offered a late check out which was appreciated!

Canalis is very close to the international airport, and although it's next to a busy road, it's tucked away and quiet. However, you can still venture out and find a lot of great food and atmosphere right outside. The room was beautiful, clean, and the whole hotel was nice and new. There was a pool, fitness center, and other amenities like conference rooms. I would stay here again--great price for travelers. The owners are the loveliest family you'll ever meet, and the staff were very friendly and helpful!

Super sales representative lady drove four of us to the airport when our taxi was late. Incredibly kind, and amazing service. I forgetfully left my phone in her car amd she even drove quickly back to bring it to us at the check in line. Unforgettable kindness from her. She went out of her way to help us. Thank you so much! Overall a great hotel, clean and beautiful amenities.

Have stayed at Canalis twice . Very neat and clean , professional staff . Airport transfer to hotel is charged , so it is better to take a cab. They have free transfers to airport at preset timings . Breakfast is sumptuous . Overall an excellent place .

Loved the couple of months I spent at Canalis, everything was so well managed and the staff was so kind and sweet!! Nunz, Cartoon and everyone at the restaurant specially, Thankyou so much for taking care of us! Staff at the reception Neen and each and everyone were so helpful and supportive. People who used to clean our room, didn’t know English but then also always tried the best to interact and make our stay comfortable. Thank you team Canalis for wonderful hospitality:) hope to visit you guys soon!

Responsive customer service n their driver was very helpful & cheerful. Clean and convenient, walking distance to local restuarants n 7-11. Room service available with its own restaurant, serves tasty Thai food at a reasonable price. There are a few blocks: nearer to the main road or the deeper but quieter units, next to the canal.

It was a nice Hotel with cordial and helpful staff. The rooms are nice and the hotel has a decent pool & gymnasium as well.The food choices offered at the Hotel are satisfactory.
