The Phoenix Hotel Bangkok

Exceeded my expectations for that type of hotel mainly being used for one stay before/after a flight.
Very clean rooms, effective transfer, cheap and close to the airport without being at the end of a runway.
Would recommend for a stay like this.

Had a pleasant time at this place. Very close to airport and nice staff. There is also a shuttle service to the airport. They were accomodating with our check out time. Nice clean room with a balcony. Would recommend.

We have stayed here twice prior to flights. It is perfect for an overnight stay. It is tucked away down a quiet side street. Rooms are spotlessly clean and beds are comfortable. Good WiFi and shuttle service to the airport every hour. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and we recommend Reunrimnumlkb restaurant about 7 minutes walk.

This stay exceeded my expectations. I had an 8 hour lay over and wanted somewhere to shower and rest. I was able to checkin at 10am (available room) and checkout at 4pm no problem. Wifi works well rooms are nice. 150THB shuttle to the airport. Definitely stay here again

Very nice hotel. I like so much. Bed pillow very comfortable. Very clean room. Very relax. Around of to find restaurant cafe so easy. Tomorrow we will fly and we wanted to be close to airport. We found this hotel and came here. Price very good and they have shuttle to airport we booked also. Thank u so much. 😍❤❤🇹🇭🇹🇭🇹🇭🇹🇭

The price and close proximity to the airport makes it a very good value hotel. Located in a quiet neighbourhood for a good night sleep and you can use the airport shuffle for 150b. Very modern looking hotel and good room design with a small balcony. If you need the BTS, it just 700m away.

The neighborhood is not beautiful, but the price matching expectations.

Shuttle and airport link location is a plus.

Hotel is newer and clean, as of January 2023.

There are a couple of soi dogs on the way to 7-11. Don't look at them and keep walking. They are not agressive.

I stayed there in Feb 2023. It actually almost checked all of my boxes, for a Bangkok "Airport Hotel". It was close enough to Suvarnabhumi Airport BKK for that morning escape (return home). And yet, close enough via taxi from the Airport Rail Link-Ladkrabang Station. BTW, there was no elevator here.

Note: from Ladkrabang......the rest of BKK's rail stations are readily accessible. BUT, I wouldn't use it as my ONLY place to stay while visiting BBK. I'd use it just as a "last day stay" or "first day stay" location (for the times when the rail isn't running). Use their van/shuttle service (150 baht) to and from Suvarnabhumi.

Note: within walking distance.....things were somewhat "limited". OK, Ok, ok......7-11, a couple of food stalls and a massage place was close enough (around the corner) for that last indulgence/purchase. Of course, after about 2100 hrs. things slow down. And note the last train-rail times.

There is lat krabang BTS station - I chose this place because of it , around 15 min walking to the station and can get to the city center .the neighborhood is quiet& safe , at the hotel it’s also very quiet so I was able to get good sleep

We arrived in the middle of the night and the shuttle service was easy to find at the airport. When we checked in, I was able to get an additional room with no problems. The front desk was very courteous and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There were a few choices for breakfast both non-American and Asian. We were very happy with the stay and the price of the rooms.

My favorite place to stay before an early morning flight from BKK. Shuttle bus to take you to the airport that leaves every 30 minutes starting at 6am. Clean rooms and sheets. 7/11 around the corner. They allow you to print 3-4 pages for free at the front desk.

Exactly what I needed for a hotel overnight near the airport. Free airport pickup and drop off with no issues at all. Good aircon. Big room. Comfy bed. Only slight niggle was shower wasn't very powerful and needed cleaning to allow better flow of water but overall gets 5 stars for price and convenience.

Love this place! I will always stay here when visiting Bangkok if I need to get to the airport early the next morning. They let me storage my luggage here, I got a balcony with free coffee and water bottles

This hotel is clean and nice. It is 5-10 minutes from the airport. The hotel has a free shuttle to the S. airport which leaves every hour. Not sure if you can arrange for it to pick you up from the airport.

If you need a place to stay the night before your flight, I would highly recommend here.

Nothing fancy. The hotel includes airport transport back and forth, simple breakfast with coffee egg and toast. Room is clean and modern. Great for a short stay over without having to go into the city center. Do note that aren't much things around besides a 711 and some restaurants that close early. You do hear airplanes from time to time so you might want to have earplugs if you have lightsleep.

This is a good hotel where all the staff are very kind and service minded.

We stayed only for the night as we had a flight to Phuket the next morning. The hotel offered free shuttle transportation from the airport and back. The rooms had all the basic amenities we needed at a great price. In the morning street food vendors can be found only a couple blocks down by the 7-11.
The highlight of our stay was when we were heading to the airport in the morning. The shuttle bus was full so the hotel staff called us a cab and paid for the fair! The service at this hotel more than exceeded our expectations!
