เคยได้ทำการซื้อบ้านกับทางเจ้าของร้าน มีการเขียนสัญญาจัดซื้อจัดขายที่ไม่เป็นธรรม ด้วยความไม่รู้และขาดประสบการณ์เลยเซ็นยอมรับไป ภายหลังมาปรึกษาทนาย ผู้ใหญ่ และทางธนาคารประเมินราคาออกมาต่ำกว่าราคา ซื้อขาย จึงไม่ได้ซื้อแล้วโทรไปปฏิเสธแล้วขอเงินคืนบางส่วน แต่ทางเจ้าของร้านตอบปฏิเสธและบอกต้องทำตามสัญญา จึงถูกยึดเงินไป จะทำการซื้อขายอะไรกับร้านนี้ให้ทำด้วยความละเอียดรอบคอบนะครับ
