Crystal Suites Suvarnabhumi Airport

A very decent, clean, and well located place. (Close to the airport) Friendly and helpfull staff. We did not eat there so can't evaluate the kitchen.

Good place for a layover, mall and restaurants nearby. Comfortable bed, rooms are well equipped and clean. Airport transfer for 150 THB every hour on time. Good value.

Very professional , courteous and kind staff.
The rooms are very clean and close to the night markets outside Robsinon shopping center, which are about a 4 minute walking distance.

Due to the last minute change in my flight schedule I had to spend a night around airport area. I wasn't expecting much from a under $30 hotel. To my surprise I was very impressed by this hotel. Rooms are very spacious, bigger than most of the 5 star hotels I have stayed in Bangkok. It has everything you need. I didn't go for breakfast since I woke up late. There is nothing much around the area, I didn't get time to explore the place but if you want to crash for a night this is the best hotel and for $ 26 it's lot more than you should expect. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very close to the Airport and within walking distance to a food market and Shopping Mall. The hotel itself is well equipped and had friendly staff. Perfect for a quick stay to break up long journeys. €38 for a King room with a simple breakfast and Late check out which included a double transfer for 2. Couldn’t be happier.

Very pleased we chose Crystal Suites hotel, picked up by their minivan at Suvarnabhumi airport, driver had waited the plane arrived 40 minutes late. Quick check-in, room was superb, hotel is 200m off the road very quiet, nice bed, cable TV channels including some English language ones. About 300m away is Paseo Mall, shopping centre with so many food options, cafés and open food court. We'll stay here again, ideal location near the airport.

When you book through their website, make sure give them flight number. I could not find where to give them my flight number, so I sent it to separate e mail. It didn't went through and there was no representative show up for picking up from the airport. However I called them and they showed up in less than 15 minutes, it was very impressive. There is wifi in the van also. Service is very good and their staff are great. The room is clean. Breakfast is good, many options. It worth the price.

Definitely recommend this hotel. Punctual airport pickup at 1:40 am.
Pleasant,helpful staff, nice clean room and the bed and pillow was very comfortable.
No noise. Breakfast was standard for this kind of hotel, good mich of western and Asian food.

Nice place to stay near the airport. Friendly staff. Loaned us an umbrella for the rain. Bed was comfortable for Asia. Place was clean and there was plenty of hot water. You do have to call them for pickup at the airport but it only took them 15 minutes to get there. Will stay with them again.

This hotel is far better than others in the same area and for the same price. I often stop over in Bangkok and am happy to have found this place. Good price, clean, close to shopping area, airport transfer and good staff. No complaints. Will keep coming back.

I only stayed here for 1 night to get my plane in the morning. The experience was good and the room was too. The staff were polite as is mostly the case in Thailand. I was upgraded to a Premier room at no extra cost. The room included complimentary mini bar in the price which was 980 TBH. There's a shuttle that'll pick you up from the airport and drop you off too, this costs 150TBH each way, which is roughly 100TBH cheaper than a taxi and possibly less hassle. On the whole a good place to stay in.

Very professional service and great value! Highly recommend if you need a comfortable nights stay before your flight out the next day. Convenient shopping mall with restaurants within walking distance.

Great location is you have an early flight. Free shuttle bus from hotel. The place looks new and is exceptionally clean. Breakfast is ok

Stay for many nights, there very good place. Receptions and all staffs are kindly and really good support. Transport to Airports , breakfast and pool. ดีมาก และดีที่สุดครับ. You can be booking Crystal Suites website that will be more save cost.

Favourite hotel near toe airport. Nice room, good staff, car parking, cheap and clean. Good restaurants just a few minutes walk away and a Wine Connection if you wish forms nice red

Stayed here for 5 years ago and was surprised to see the building in excellent condition. Strongest showers of any of the airport hotels in Bangkok.
