Dharasom' s Colonial House

Perfect place to stay close to the airport. Staff literally cannot do more to help you -- from the airport pickup, to helping you figure out where to go and what to do during your stay, to booking things for you and printing out directions for the taxi driver in Thai, to sending a car to the airport with your luggage so you can meet it there after a day in the city. It's in a local area, 15 min drive to both the airport & airport link rail station (30 minutes to get into town). 15 min walk to a small mall and 5 min to a food market. Room was large and modern, bathtub only with no shower, minibar is free. Breakfast is simple rice porridge with toast, yogurt, fruit and misc snacks. The ladies who run the hotel -- Bee and Honey -- are incredible, best service from any hotel we've had in Thailand.

A great place to stay when travel through Bangkok. Very close to the Suvanabhumi Airport. Transportation between airport and the hotel is available. Wonderful and helpful staff. They will carry your luggage to your room when arrive or downstairs when leaving. Nice size, very clean and neat room. Free WiFi available. Breakfast is available through reservation. 7/11 and local market are in walking distance. BEST value and HIGHLY recommended!

Really lovely hotel and even better staff! They were so helpful, even helping us when flights were cancelled. Because of the layout of the roads, it's quite difficult to get to the station to visit the city centre without using a taxi. The hotel itself however, is the one you want to stay in if you need to be near the airport.

I stayed here with my family in January 2019. My wife is Thai & we travel to Thailand often. I can not commend the staff enough for the service and help provided prior to, during and after our stay. They organised airport pick up to the hotel (this is included in the price). Moreover, they also pre-organised and booked a van for my family and I from the Dharasom's Colonial House to Koh Samet Island at a very reasonable price with a trustworthy driver and his lovely wife. They also stored our luggage for 5 days that we intended to donate to my wife's family village, as we did not want to drag the 60kg of clothes onto a speed boat and into an island. In addition, we received our luggage when the organised driver came back to pick us up and drive us to our second destination; Pattaya. We used this same driver for our entire holiday, such a good recommendation. On top of this, the hotel staff also directed the driver to take us to the best money exchange rate in Bangkok (mind you they received no commission for any additional service, this was all free). On top of this, they even called the resort at Koh Samet Island to organise a private speed boat pick up, for all 6 members of the family. Honestly, the staff here is so knowledgeable & will arrange and help you with any enquiry at no extra cost and go the extra mile for you. They are the kindest, most assertive and helpful hotel staff you will ever encounter. One lovely employee even stayed past his hours to print out information for us! Clean hotel near the airport. Absolutely helpful staff. Tasty breakfast, free of charge transfer from/to airport and free of charge mini bar. Good choice for the long transfers!

Very good choice when you need to stay over for a night close to the airport. Comfortable beds and excellent service with free pick up and drop off service to Suvarnabhumi airport...

Buscábamos algo cerca del aeropuerto y reservamos este hotel para nuestra última noche en Tailandia. Por poco dinero ofrecían una habitación que por las fotos parecía decente, traslados de ida y vuelta al aeropuerto y desayuno.

La casa es una antigua casa colonial reformada a la que no le falta detalle. Habitación grande, muy limpia y con un buen baño. Como pega he de decir que no tiene ascensor, pero eso no es ningún problema porque ellos mismos te suben las maletas a la habitación casi sin que te des cuenta. No te dejan ni tocarlas.

Cuando llegamos nos recibieron con un zumo fresquito, y nos dieron indicaciones de sitios para cenar. Al lado del hotel hay una especie de "mercado" de puestos de comida callejera hasta las 20:30, y a diez o quince minutos andando hay un centro comercial. No es un centro comercial al uso, no es cubierto, pero hay restaurantes donde se puede cenar aparte del McDonalds, KFC o Starbucks.

El desayuno es en un comedor pequeño en la planta baja, donde hay leche, café, zumo, cereales y tostadas. Cuando ya nos habíamos sentado con nuestro desayuno delante, aparece la dueña con un par de platos llenos de salchichas, huevos, pad tai, etc. Se nos quedó cara de "cómo-vamos-a-comernos-todo-esto".

En definitiva, el alojamiento es una muy buena opción para quedarse la primera o la última noche en Bangkok, porque en diez minutos estás en el aeropuerto. Los dueños son encantadores.

Très bien pour étape proche aéroport. Les gérants sont au top et vous prépare tout pour que vous n'ayez rien à penser à l'arrivée comme au départ. La chambre et la litterie est bien. De quoi manger à deux pas. Calme, juste le bruit des avions, qui ne nous ont pas empêché de dormir.

Top Service, saubere Zimmer, und sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis auf 5-Sterne Niveau. Perfekt für Stopover in Bangkok oder auch längere Aufenthalte. Freundlichstes und sauberstes Hotel unseres gesamten Thailandurlaubs!

À proximité de l'aéroport. Personnel très accueillant et prévenant. À recommander. Cependant pas grand chose aux alentours de l'hôtel. Il faut aller dans le centre de Bangkok en taxi.

Besser geht service kaum!! Zum zweiten Mal hier und wieder unsere beste Empfehlung für Stopover Nähe Flughafen. Nett und zuvorkommend. Sauber und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Man sollte länger bleiben. Danke und sicher bis zum nächsten Mal.
