Good place and it is close to the market, restaurant and also the airport. Nice swimming pool. Hotel transfer to the airport is included in the room price.

Very nice Hotel near the airport, clean and quiet. Everything is near by. We will definitely come again, Rooms are Big and very Clean. I had a massage by the Pool from Building 4 and this was awesome, my pain in the Legs and Back are gone. Many thanks for this, next time I will book this wise Lady again, also my Wife.

This is my preferred transit hotel in Bangkok as it is less than 10 minutes from Suvarnabhumi Airport and has a street market by the main road where you can try some great Thai food and enjoy a couple of beers. I have stayed many times at the BS Residence but now they have a new building for guests at the rear of the original hotel which I believe they have now turned into long term apartments. The front desk staff at the BS are not the friendliest going around, even in the old hotel they were like this, who knows why? The rooms are understandably in good condition being fairly new and quite satisfactory for a stay for a night or two. My room had a small balcony overlooking the pool area. The new pool is very nice but for some reason when I stayed there the water was green? Just be careful walking around the pool area when it’s wet as the tiles are dangerous being super slippery. I don’t believe they are the right type of tile for wet areas and I am certain would not pass western safety standards. If you want to have a late check out as I did, past the standard 12pm check out time, then the charge is 100 baht per hour. There is a free shuttle bus to the airport that runs every 30 minutes which is very handy. Being a new establishment with new facilities, close to the airport, free shuttle bus and a relatively inexpensive room rate in a bustling neighbourhood then I can highly recommend BS Residence.

This is a great place to stay if you want to rest before an early flight or after a late flight. We just didn't want to deal with getting up too early and driving from Pattaya, so we stayed here.

There is a market on the same street, so food is plentiful. There's a 7 Eleven across from the market. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We didn't play in the pool since we were flying early the next morning, but many others seemed to enjoy it.

The staff I encountered didn't have the best English pronunciation, but I'm in their country and I appreciate the effort to speak to me in my language.

Great hotel restaurant with very cheap pricing. Location ideal for flea market and free shuttle from/to airport. Taxi service provided. AC is comfortable. Newer facilities and one older one which you have to be careful leaving food out because of ants.

I was in the new BS Grand building, so the rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable with a nice balcony overlooking the pool. Still 1 large room to fit out as at 23 March 2022, maybe a bar or restaurant and some landscaping underway around the pool. Only 15 minutes from Suvarnabhumi Airport with free shuttle service. A great option as a transit hotel.

I had an interesting, frustrating but actually pretty good experience with this hotel. I visited April 2022.

I was having problems getting a ticket issued by the travel agency after the airline canceled my flight. I had a problem booking the hotel because I wasn't sure when I was going to leave and I will say that they were outstanding in the service they gave me changing dates and things.

The room that I had was actually pretty decent, very large and not worn around the edges like a lot of Thai hotels. The mattress was a bit tough to deal with ....coil spring type and hard but fairly decent for that type.

The swimming pool was closed due to covid so I didn't try that and I did not have any food at the hotel. They had a free airport shuttle service and a taxi service. I ended up taking a half-day tour around Bangkok in a private taxi. There was a person in the lobby arranging all that. That was definitely worth it. Half day for 1600 baht. It worked out well with the driver I had.

There is a 7Eleven, a couple of fresh food markets near with quite a few vendors, a coin laundry and I even had a haircut.

I have posted pics of the nearby Market rather than the hotel so that viewers can see what is nearby.

So in general I have nothing but good things to say about the experience I had at this hotel.

Update August 2022: I now plan on returning to Thailand December 2022 and will be rebooking at this hotel for my arrival. They cater to passengers at Suvarnabhumi Airport so it just makes sense. It is out of the main part of Bangkok but for a person's especially departure, it is so close that you won't be caught in traffic and mis your flight

I had a positive experience here. The room was clean and there was a large TV with Netflix and other options. One of the staff ordered some groceries from 7-11 for me as I was in quarantine. Overall, a pleasant stay.

It was great place to stay. There's convenience store just near by the hotel. Clean & cozy room and has a nice setup. Swimming pool was clean. We enjoy a lot.
Mostly it's close to airport, so that's really good for who wanna stay here on the first or last day of your travel.
They called a taxi(cab) for us for free when we left even we didn't asked. So kind:)

But! Breakfast is.... Not delicious.

Very good, decent hotel newly made, with good breakfast, good staff member, they help you at the reception if you want to organize any tour.

I stay at this hotel for 1 night quarantine. This place is very close to Suvarnabhumi Airport and the hospital which is very easy to do the RT-PCR test and drive back to the hotel. The room is big and clean..with automatic light and electricity which ir quite modern. By the way, the service is okay.. the staffs might be a bit confused about the rules so they cannot give me more details of what to do here (most of them are nice though)

This airport hotel serves its purpose. The rooms don't look great, and mine had a bit of a smell, but the free shuttle runs 24 hours (and frequently). The price is fantastic, and if you do a bit of comparison on the usual booking sites you can get an amazing deal.

I will stay here whenever I need to spend the night waiting for an early flight out of BS airport.

There is a 7-11 just a couple minutes walk from the front door, as well as an outdoor market with all the usual stuff.

Decent room for the price when we came into Thailand and needed the ‘Test & Go’ program. Helpful staff. Clean and new room, tho small.

Exceeded my expectations: such a good value stay between the flights. Transfers from and to airport (included, just ask while booking your stay), lovely room with a spacious balcony, pool available. Food market nearby.

In my opinion Bangkok's best hotel. Excellent service and value for money with a fantastic large swimming pool and a market at the end of the soi that does superb pork steak for 100 baht or a bit more now I imagine and a 7 eleven for your beer and Sangsom to drink poolside. The ground floor rooms have a little fenced terrace with a gate directly onto the pool. When coming through BKK I aways book an extra night or two, no rush, a lovely mini-holiday with the wife and kids who love the pool.

Great hotel if you have to stay a night or two close to the airport. Clean rooms, cream pool. Around the corner is a day food court and a night food market. Closer to seven eleven and Tesco.
We always stay here when we start our thailand trip to relax after a long flight and at the end of our trip as it is very close to the airport and because of the shuttle service.

Choose this hotel if you need to transit in Bangkok. Reasonable price, great service, excellent location
