Absolutely underrated waterfall!
It is a must visit if you're in the area 😍

It is a beautiful walk (roughly 15 minutes) and you will find the highest waterfall in the Chiang Mai district!

Absolutely beautiful even in the dry season and full of water :)

Incredible!

Very quite with tourists, perfect place for a swim after the tricky hike to it. Not many sign posts for the waterfall but it is up a small one lane road with a car park at the end.

Highest elevation waterfall in Thailand. The road is pretty bad, so if you're on a moto, go slow. The walking path is challenging at times, so be careful. Once you get to it though, it's beautiful and secluded. There is a small path to go up higher, but its near vertical and no good handholds or footholds, I wouldn't recommend it for novices. There are pools all year round at the base for swimming

A short 500m hike on a beat up path through the jungle, tons of bugs and mud along the way when we were there. Then it opens out to a clearing where there is a beautiful double waterfall. Had the privilege of being the only ones there when we went guess the "trek" in scares some off.

A short but not easy hike through a jungle from the parking lot to the waterfall,

Beautiful place

Very interesting to visit. The hike is not the easiest for a less than able person and a bit slippery but not to bad and certainly worth it.

Top top top !
I was there on Thursday and the waterfall was only for me. The way to go there just like a jungle but I love it. 🫶🏼 it’s good for a little bit trail ✨

Well worth the hike if you want clean water to swim in. It's out of the way so is not as crowded as many other waterfalls. Be careful on the rocks however, they are are very slippery.

We had quite a hike trough the jungle to see this waterfall, but was definitely worth the effort

This waterfall was the highlight of Doi Inthanon National Park. The hiking trail is about 10-15 mins to the base and continues up from there. Medium difficulty due to being slippery. You can swim here as well!

Very beautiful waterfall, two huge cascades. Quiet place, we were the only ones there. The trail is pretty challenging, narrow and slippery, up and down, about 1km there + 1km back. There is no extra entry fee, except 300,-/adult for the whole national park. I recommend to visit this place if you have some extra time.

Free entry, 5 minutes hike to the waterfalls, beautiful and clean water, but really cold (December). Jump in anyway!

Took ~20 minutes to get there through rocky terrain but the hike was SO WORTH IT! It’s absolutely stunning and also not a lot of people. Quiet, serene, and so so beautiful

To get to the waterfall you have to drive a road with a lot of putholes but it is worth the effort. The hike to this waterfall is 500 meters. The track to the waterfall is not well maintained. Bring good shoes because it can be slippery. When we visited there was nobody there. It was a nice walk in the northern Thailand forest/jungle with the waterfall as the highlight.

Hidden waterfall. Noone there when we arrived. Only saw 3 others when we were there for about 30-45mins. Can get close. Water is fresh. About a 20min walk to get to the waterfall.
Highly recommend

It's a 15 minutes hike away from the parking lot, through the jungle, and on rough terrain. There no tourists when I went and the waterfall is beautiful
