On the 4th floor of the building that does not have the Tribhum! You have to pay 150baht of fee but is the cheapest one and the ATM works perfect. If you have a problem you have the bank just next to it!

Spent 30 minutes looking for the ATM by the location and description here on Google maps. Should be fixed. Take side entrance close to car parking/garages to avoid mall fuzz.
