Phuket Chaloem Phrakiat Park

Loved this place. Full of greenery, beautiful lakes, great and numerous workout equipments and a long walking track. It's clean, beautiful and a peaceful place away from the hustle bustle. Treat yourself to a good workout or even just a walk, you will love it!

Intended to work at Hi Gym (150 baht for a day pass) but it was rainy and very humid all day.
So the gym was very HOT 🥵

I understand sweating is normal with exercise but I was sweating just standing in the lobby (No AC).

So I opted for an outside walk and workout where the air was much less warm and humid.

Around a big lake with lots of outdoor exercise machines.

Saw many people of all ages and gender walking, running and working out.

I love that Phuket has these open and active green spaces!

A nice park to have an enjoyable walk or jog. The place is big and spacious with lots of greenery.

Wonderful place for a walk or work out. Cycling, Running is a must :) fantastic natural environment. There are basketball and football courts plus outdoor exercise machines. Do not forget to feed the fishes :) definitely recommended for families the little ones will ha e much FUN !

Lovely park to have a nice walk or a run there are two tracks a red one -3km and a blue one -4 km. There are also plenty of outdoor fitnes machine where you could do some basic exercises. A nice additions are also the basketball and badminton grounds

This park has many paths for running/ walking, and an outer one for cycling. A lot of shade from the trees, ponds, courts, and exercise equipment.

Outer path is about exactly 4km, and there are many other paths throughout. Lots of people playing sports and doing aerobics in the evening. Great place for exercise!

I do miss the OFOs but it's still a really nice park although they seem to be doing heavy construction 24/7/365

Very nice park to chill and to do running. In the middle there is a small store where you can buy snacks and drinks.

Really beautiful park in Phuket Town. Excellent to relax and also do do sports. Very recommended!
