Wow! A friend recommended Kim's to us, and I'm so glad we went! It was easy to set up the appointment using WhatsApp. We parked across the street at the Robinson shopping Centre. We had to take our shoes off at the front door, but got a nice foot bath in scrub before our massages. The inside decor is beautiful and clean, and the massages were top notch! Afterwards, we had tea and a small confection. The prices are very reasonable and the staff was friendly and professional. Google translate was helpful when I explained an issue going on with my knee. Highly recommend! Restrooms are available, clean, and have toilet paper.

A fantastic place for a really good massage. We got their 2 hour combo which was a Thai massage and a foot massage in a cheaper bundled price. Place was clean, therapists were very professional and overall a good experience.

Kim’s massage is a great place in Phuket. They are professional, it’s great for men or women. They have both genders of massage therapists. I like to get a coconut oil full body or just foot/hand, and back/neck in the chair if I don’t feel like getting wet with oil.

I had the best time. A serene environment with lots of friendly staff, delicious tea and free bananas. My therapist, Nuch, was amazing! I highly recommend the honey and cucumber facial!

So professional masseur asked about the pressure and the stressed part of the leg given more attention to it & the ambiance is good and the best place to visit for sure if you’re looking for the authentic and professional service and my masseur is ARM STRONG Just look out for his availability if possible .. after this place of been to nearly 8 massage places in Thailand I didn’t find as good as this place .

You feel good before, during and after. Value for money is exceeded. Friendly service and traditional style. It is excellent by my standards. No low points. No waste of time activities. Excellent massage spot in the old town of Phuket.
My partner and I did a tour of Michelin recommended places through Chinatown and rounded off our night with massages at Kim‘s Massage and Spa. We immediately loved the design, with a pool of koi fish in the middle of the main area, where our feet were washed before our Thai massage.
The massage itself was incredible, we decided to return the next day and went for an additional foot scrub. Highly recommended massage spot!!

Finally went for a massage after a long lockdown. Kim's Massage & Spa is very spacious and comfortable. It has 2 floors and beautiful interior - reminds you of a luxurious spa. I got the scrub + aroma massage and I have never felt better in months. The lady was kind and her hands were magic. Definitely worth the price- it's affordable and the service is spectacular. Thank you again for a wonderful experience. I can't wait to go back.
