Staff super frendly!!! but menagement absolutely bad. So I decided to never buy more something from LACOSTE. 2 months ago I buy one bag, the bag is Lacoste made in Mianmar. I noted that the metal bag buckle loose colour after 60 day. So I went to the shop. I ask to change the bag or other solution. The answer from Bangkok main office... THEY NOT CARE!!! 😡😡😡.... ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Cheep bag from market are better quality!!! NEVER MORE LACOSTE PRODUCT, EXPENSIVE AND BAD QUALITY.
