Bangkok Bank

Banks are not a pleasant place for me but this was a really good exception. Was actually fun in here. In phuket town to get a new tattoo and needed bank business completed to get new debit card. Had done most of the work at another branch at another place so all went smoothly. Staff all spoke English to get the job done. We all had a laugh and was fun. They all got to see my 1/2 completed tattoo but all in all a wonderful bank experience. Big congratulations to ALL stall I had the pleasure of dealing with. The Best.

This morning we opened an account and the service was excellent. The staff were warm, welcoming, and so helpful. Everyone we worked with spoke English very well and explained everything in detail. I highly recommend this branch for all your banking needs.

Professional and helpful service. They were very efficient and explained things well in spite of the language difference. As expats, we were able to open a new bank account and get a debit card on the same day. Please note that for expats, your visa can have a huge impact on whether or not you can even open an account based on banking regulations and not the bank's specific policies. Some tourism visas will not work. Mobile banking and Internet banking on the web have 2 separate user IDs and passwords, even though they ultimately access the same account information. There is a small garage under the building available for parking, which helps, as street parking can be tough.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Just bring your passport and bank card and you can get cash out of foreign account without ATM fee.

I can only repeat the previous comments. Wonderful experience at this particular branch. The staff are so friendly and willing to help in any way they can and all with a smile. They even supplied coffee and water while we waited for papers to process though head office.

The best office that you can find in phuket, so friendly staff that help you with everything. Definitely I have very good lucky with them, and thinking to change also my business accounts here.

Очень дружелюбный персонал. В этом отделении мне не отказали снять наличные с карты, когда в других отделениях были отказы. Все было выполнены быстро и очень вежливо. Буду приходить еще

บริการดีมาก ได้มีโอกาสไปใช้บริการเนื่องจากต้องล็อกอินแอพพลิเคชันใหม่ ใช้เพียงแค่บัตรประชาชนใบเดียวเท่านั้น และรอไม่ถึง 5 นาที รวดเร็วมากค่ะ
