I had an extremely disappointing experience with the bank's staff. Their rude behavior and uncomfortable stares were unprofessional and disrespectful. Customer service should be about respect and courtesy, and this fell short in every way. I would rate them 0 stars if possible.

Another branch of a bank that deserve a NO STAR or less!!
OMG. Not sure I have met more rude, useless, unhelpful people anywhere else in Thailand! Sooo bad, they would make you scream (cannot here!) or, like yesterday, want to do the 'kwaii' sign (buffalo) ... to the Managers and Supervisors; cannot blame the team for not being competent, with such appalling heads.

I am moving my account to the nice Rawai branch. There, no "maidai", only smiles!

Staff was so unprofessional. They asked me unrelated information such as why are you here in Phuket? Are you looking for a job? It was awkward and uncomfortable.

كان قبلي شخصان فقط والانتظار ساعه كامله، لا لا انصح بالتعامل مع هذا الفرع. هنالك موظفة عجوز تحتاج تدريب في اللباقه للتعامل مع العملاء
