Özellikle elektronik eşya almak için uygun. Yine de her ne alırsanız mutlaka pazarlık yapılmalı. İnanılmaz düşüşler oluyor.

Currency exchange. Long waiting, the monitor with the numbers didn't work, so it was hard to guess my turn unless you speak Thai and understand the language. The cashier gave me the incorrect amount of money, so I asked to recount it. We recounted twice because of the incorrect amount twice. Not professional.

Be ready to waste an hour of your time in this branch. Not enought staff working and very badly managed .

Avoid at all cost. Dont waste your time here

ผมไม่เข้าใจ ว่าทำไมผมสมัครบัตรเครดิต SCB Prime ไม่ผ่าน เมื่อผมมีเงินฝาก กองทุนและประกัน กับ SCB มูลค่ารวมมากกว่า 9 ล้านบาท และผม เป็นลูกค้า มา16 ปี เรื่องมีอยู่ว่าผมเป็นชาวอังกฤษ ทำงานและ อยู่เมืองไทย 20 ปี ผมสนใจสมัครบัตรเครดิต SCB Prime ผมเลยไป SCBที่ Central Phuket
⁠พนักงานให้ผมเข้าไป สาขา 3 ครั้ง เพื่อ ไป เซนเอกสารเดิมๆ ที่ผมเคยเซนไปแล้ว

⁠หนึ่ง เดือนผ่านไป ผมได้รับข่าวว่า ผมสมัครบัตรเครดิตไม่ผ่าน โดยไม่มีใคร สามารถ บอกเหตุผลผมได้ ผมเสียเวลา และ เสียความรู้สึกกับ scb มาก เพราะ ผมมั่นใจ ว่า ผมเป็นลูกค้าชั้นดีคนหนึ่ง Credit Bureau ผม ไม่เคยมีปัญหา ทำไม SCB ถึงไม่ให้บัตรเครดิต และ ไม่สามารถให้เหตุผลกับผมได้ พนักงาน หรือ call center ไม่มีใครช่วยเหลือ แก้ปัญหาได้ มีแต่จะขายประกันผมเพิ่ม
ผมมีเงินสดฝากทิ้งใน scb 8 ล้านบาท ใน ออมทรัพย์ เป็นเวลา 16 ปี แต่มาวันนี้ scb ปฏิเสธบัตรเครดิตผม จะบอกว่า ผมเป็นต่างชาติ และสมัครไม่ได้ ก็ไม่ใช่เหตุผล เพราะผม มี work permit, work certificate, Slip เงินเดือน อีกทั้ง ตัวผมเอง ก็เป็น คนถือบัตร Krungsri Exclusive card วันนี้ ผมได้ไปถอนเงิน ออกจาก SCB จนตอนนี้ เหลือ 4 ล้าน และตั้งใจ จะถอนออกจนหมด ไปฝากที่แบงค์อื่น ผมได้แนะนำเพื่อนชาวต่างชาติด้วยกัน ให้ไปซื้อ RMF และ ssf หรือ ฝากเงิน ที่แบงค์ อื่นแทน

This note describes SCB cards service. After 16 year’s of holding assets with SCB, I applied for a credit card, after three times being called back into Phuket branch to repeat sign documents about information they already had over 1 month. I got a message “application not approved” – no explanation. I only hold 9 million in cash and assets this SCB, and was paying 500K/year in insurance. The level of customer service is laughable, their advanced AI driven decision systems must have been drunk, or more likely trained by a frightened middle manager. SCB is split up internally, so one product group cares nothing about other product customers. I’ve been lending my money to SCB for 16+ years by deposits.

4 часа открывал новую карту. На стекле написано - Сотрудники все знают Английский. По итогу ленятся говорить на нем, решается только звонок на горячую линию банка.

Обслуживание нулевое, сотрудник может при вас прям уйти на обед и сказать “no working time”

Чтобы вам подключили онлайн платежи - нужно обращаться еще раз отдельно, поэтому сказал об этом сразу и сотрудник «забыл»

Видел, как пару заставили брать новые талоны. Делают видимость работы, не более.

Если бы не их $ карта - никогда бы не пришел сюда. Отвратительно
