Bangkok Bank@Central Phuket Festival

Although my main branch is in Bangkok, I also receive excellent service in this branch. Replacement card, new bank book, ID identification all problem-free. When there is a lot of traffic, there can sometimes be waiting times. That's just normal.

Great service! The lady who helped us to install a mobile banking app spoke English well and was polite and professional.

I’ve never experienced consistent better service and assistance from any bank. A big thank you to the staff, always friendly & helpful

在職員玩手機時，問佢可否在這分行開證券戶口(即刻皺眉頭)。

Staff informed us that no money can be sent to India by bangkok bank.
Strange since we showed them we have sent many times.
Then we went to another bank and they sent the funds with no issue.
Rude staff that appears to have lied to customer and gives no reason.

We have to close our account and withdraw all funds from 10+ years of using bangkok bank.

So unfortunate how customers are treated and lied to.

Worst service ever - trying to open a new account and came twice within 1 day, every time I came there’s new required documents. How can they work in a bank and do things totally depend on the staff’s own mood?

I was 2 times in this branch cause I need a bank account.
First time I was told to make papers for bank in my Language School.
Second time I was told that I need an insurance cause I have only 6 months rent contract. But I had showed this contract when I visited first time and nothing was told about insurance.
The most terrible is that I have to wait for 3 hours in queue to know that I can not make account without insurance.
Very disappointed about whole situation.

They don't open an account. They work slowly and do not fulfill their duties

I wanted to withdraw money, after I got my ticket I waited 40 minutes. Then I got told the card machine is not working. Why didn't they tell me immediately or put up a sign?? Thank you for wasting my time

No service! Waited over 3h to just talk with them. But after 3.5h I gave up. Even that I have a company account with bkk bank. Better change to a bank that care about their costumers.

Came in toke a number needed to renew my card had 3 numbers befor me waiting 1.5 hour even there was plenty of client's passing me coming in and out but because my number appears to could only be served by one counter and all the staff clearly knew I was the only one waiting and still they didn't assist me
And all I needed was a néw card shocking bad management

I needed to open a bank account in order to meet requirements for a visa, but the conditions that the bank set (immigration certificate, 1 year rental contract) basically puts me in a Catch 22 situation. I cannot get my visa without opening a bank account, and I cannot open a bank account with this branch without my visa. Stupid rules. don't bother visiting this branch and try others.

1 star I mean no star. What a waste of time dealing with ppl in this bank and one particular woman acted like she didn’t understand me to the point that even the next lady acted she understood but just wanted to sell me health cover 🤷‍♂.
Gave up and walked out once again ignorance wins 😵‍💫.
But had a great experience in Bkk in Bangkok bank as they had ppl who spoke English and couldn’t do enough for you 10/10 but festival no way.

If you need to choose a bank do not choose bkk bank
Service is deplorable my ATM card expierd so I need new one to get some cash and for shopping.
They can not help you and asked you to go back to issuing bank where you Originally registerd .but I registered in thalang lotus complex but there it does not exist any longer closed down .so what to do .explanations very poor with no help or guidance. Just told you yes go to thalang .yes I came from there and need money .ask you to go back but there are no more in lotus complex .
One would think they would assist you ..no way ..so I have to surch on Internet ask people for help as I am not to familiar with phuket.
Just deplorable service and customer relation
