Great place to train and learn Brazilian jiu jitsu. I wish I could have stayed longer

Stayed in phuket 6 weeks and the plan was to test a couple of different gyms. Went here one time and the result was that I never left but instead stayed here for the whole trip. As a beginner to BJJ I could not have chosen a better gym – the small classes and the ratio of experienced people at every class compared to me has made my skills increase significantly in such a short time. I strongly recommend to all levels as beginners will get a lot of coaching and higher levels will have a lot of partners to excel with.

Awesome gym with very knowledgeable staff and top notch equipment. They opened recently on fight street "Soi Ta ied", they offer BJJ classes, as well as Muai Thai, Yoga among others. They also have a great restaurant in the back named Thrive with very well prepared healthy and nutritive food. Highly recommended !

A little gem off the beaten track, much better staff to student ratios than many of the bigger gyms (I often had one to one or one to two). Jaimie’s BJJ classes are great fun but at same time he’s very serious at improving everyone across all levels. Very rewarding.

The trainer's are what really make the gym stand out. They push you to get the most out of yourself while also putting focus on correct technique. Falan, Ash & the team make this a really good gym to train at!

An immaculately clean, well run gym with an emphasis on high standards and exceptional service. Realistically priced with a far better teacher to student ratio than the other big name gyms on the Soi. This really is a "health club", with a fantastic restaurant, "Thrive", from the same owners as the legendary Pure Vegan, renowned as the best Vegan Restaurant in Phuket. Do yourself a favour and check out this little hidden gem! Highly recommended, I'll be back here twice per year.

This place is absolutely amazing! I spent couple of weeks training Muay Thai and BJJ. The Muay Thai teachers are very attentive and friendly. Classes are very well structured. Jaime, the BJJ teacher, does an amazing job. I have learned a lot with him. He is very supportive and is very welcoming.

I visited Evolve Health Club recently and this place has become my favourite gym to train in Muay Thai and BJJ. I tried martial arts for the first time last year, and loved the fitness side of it. This year felt like I had improved dramatically, due to the level of expertise and personal attention the trainers had to offer, even in group classes. I would attend everyday if I could! I also tried BJJ for the first time with "Gracie" (Jaime Serradilla). Not only did he make something that seemed intimidating fun, but I learned some invaluable skills and gained confidence. I felt safe, but challenged at the same time. His instructions were clear and concise and I feel I learned from one of the best. I definitely recommend training with him.

We had an amazing private BJJ class with Jamie at Evolve. Jamie is an expert teacher and great at explaining techniques. We had never done BJJ and were curious to try it. Jamie took his time, explained everything really well and showed us the basics of BJJ (as we were both completely new to it). We had a really great time and came away from the training wanting more. If you look for BJJ classes don’t look any further!

Highly recommend Evolve! There's great selection of classes including Muay Thai, fitness, yoga and zumba etc. They're affordable, gym facilities are up to date and clean. The staff/trainers are exceptional, friendly and experienced. They welcome all levels and tailor training to your needs.

Great place to train if you are ever in Phuket!

I have been taking the muay thai classes for the last week it's been amazing!

Falan and Ash are very experienced trainers and will give you a great workout while learning all the techniques.

All the staff are extremely friendly and the facilities are very new and clean!

I started doing their Functional Fitness classes with Trainer Jordi about 4 months ago. In that time I've lost weight, toned down, put on muscle mass and even competed in my first crossfit competition!!!

Highly recommend training no matter here, great facilities and even better staff.

The best place to train BJJ in Phuket!
Marcio, Italo and the team are extremely knowledgeable. I trained at a few places while in Phuket but came back to Nova because of the people and high level of training. Can’t wait to come back.
