Habit Gym

My favorite down to earth gym on the island!
The ladies who work there are always super friendly and inviting to all gym goers. They also take good care of the equipment by cleaning it everyday!
There is also plenty of space for people into yoga or doing exercises in open space.
I‘ve had a lovely 6 months going to this gym and will return ❤

Best gym in this area, Rawai gym great but just to hot, Nai harn gym fantastic 3.500 per month, ouch.few on fitness street but bit pricey and busy. Habit gym not overcrowded and the building seems to have good airflow making it comfortable.

Compared to most other gyms in the area this one is the most clean, organized, and well equipped for the price you pay.

There’s multiple spaces upstairs (one that has mostly boxing stuff & other is for whatever else > incl. big mirrors!)

Downstairs there is pretty much double of everything - including some/most of the machines.

The staff are nice if you genuinely say hi, as is the owner. They don’t speak much English, but everything is pretty much labeled/laid out/has a sign on it.

There’s also an outdoor space for some basic calisthenics stuff. No air con & on a busy road - but once you’re inside you don’t notice it much. They’re always cleaning the equipment. As per usual in thai gyms the music is hideous.

I'm not sure why this place got such bad reviews (except for the guy that got kicked out for sweating too much). Yes, the lady behind the desk has as much expressive range as a pile of bricks. I personally don't feel the need to be swaddled by staff wherever I go, so I was pretty happy here. It's the least expensive gym in the area, and the equipment is more than adequate. It also has the most open layout of any gym in the area. It's breezy, bright, and spacious.

Good gym. Reasonably priced. Evening workouts are the best time to come if you don't like it too busy.

I love this gym (and I've been to many gyms in the area). Fully equipped with everything you could want, from cardio; spin bikes, treadmills, x-trainers, rowers, through to resistance and free weights.
Two upstairs areas, one side for boxing, and another area for yoga, Tabata, or whatever you choose to do. An outside area with tyres, battle ropes and rings. A 5-minute drive from Chalong Circle (not to be mixed up with "Chalong Gym" which is 850m away, a totally different gym, but this gym used to be called "Chalong Gym").
Very, very clean. Very good price. Please take into consideration that the receptionist doesn't speak English (she is Cambodian and speaks some Thai) however the owners do and members are always willing to step in and help. Normal gym etiquette of placing weights after use and cleaning up your sweat, and all good. Go visit :-)

My Favorite gym in Phuket! Extensive equipment although a little dated, however it gets the job done. Moreover it’s affordable, not crowded during certain times, and I’ve found the staff to be very pleasant.

Trained here for 1 month while visiting Phuket. I highly recommend it. Plenty of local Thai people train here. Very affordable. Lots of equipment which is well-maintained. Many fans to keep you cool while training. Friendly and helpful owners and staff.

Very nice clean gym. Great huge spacious upstairs area to do your own workouts with free weights etc. Favourite gym I have been to in my time in Thailand last year

Haven't been for 2 yrs as I got stuck in the UK but before that I trained every day for a year ..don't understand the bad reviews..plenty of equipment in good condition mostly the rower was a bit ropey No roid ragers..plenty of floor space upstairs in 2 rooms and a heavy bag 1100 a month suits me fine..I'll be coming back in the next few weeks and will sign up again

big gym, new equipment, shower, not crowded at all. and having all of this it's at least twice cheaper than most of gyms at mau thai street. what else do you need??

Very polite and welcoming staff. Great clean equipment and great atmosphere. Impossible to not get in the mood for a great workout when you're there.

А мне здесь нравиться! Простая атмосфера, хорошая музыка, отличные тренажёры. Единственный минус это отсутсвие кондиционеров, но для меня лично это не принципиально!
