Dont use this service. The waiting hour is only 2 hours from scheduled landing time!!!

My flight land 14:40. I told them to pick me up at 16:10 + additional 2 hours wait time which mean that they should wait for me until 18:10 in case flight delay.
But the company insist that thay can wait up to 16:40.

They try to rip customers off.
International travellers know that to get pass immigration that's 30-60 mins, waiting for luggage is also 30-60 mins, plus another 30 mins for immigration. It is impposible to get out of airport within the first hour of landing and the company still count it as part of waiting hour.
