Service is expressive. The staffs are well trained and very nice.
Rooms are cleaned.
Our kids had a great time here. They really enjoyed the Swiming pool , Mini harbor land, and laser wars.
Breakfast quality is good with wide varieties of dishes to pick.
They offer free coffee and snacks bar at the reception area which is very nice.

Great family hotel. Never ending fun for the kids. From the pool with obstacle course to the Mini Harborland, the Laser Tag and free to borrow comic books in the lobby.
Spacious, modern and clean Appartement style rooms. Big breakfast buffet with lots of selection including Thai, Japanese and Westen options.

It was pretty fun. There are a lot of facilities, like the hot tub, swimming pool, laser fight, harborland, etc.

Honestly, I don't think this is a hotel suited for decorations. It is more of playing, for kids.

This is a really clean hotel. Apart from very little specs of dust, pretty much everything is perfect. Definitely give this hotel a visit if you like clean places.

Everything is pretty good. The workers are kind and like to help us, and lots of stuff are free, even the playing! I remember when I want to play lazer at other places, my mom had to pay about 1000baht or $30USD, which is too expensive. But here, It is 1000 but you take the 1 out. Completely free.

Overall, this is a good hotel. Prices are reasonable and there are lots of good facilities. I would recommend this hotel, if you are wondering to go or not.

Stayed in the original wing (Building one) The building is quiet compare to the new wing (Building two) which was more family oriented hotels with lots of activities.

Up in the higher floors, the age of the building is showing such as carpet with stains and table tops with stains (from coffee and red wines)

Overall would give this place 4 stars and recommend due to good location to Central Sriracha and good selections nearby restaurants

Excellent place for family and kids. Mini-harbor land is fantastic and Laser wars is so attractive that we had to come back again and again. Food is also sumptuous especially for Pad Thai kung sod.

Good place, came here with some relatives and their children. Plenty of activities for them to do, while the adults relaxed. Might be a bit rowdy since a lot of people that come have children with them as well. Would definitely recommend if you have children that like to play

I went there a few years ago before the COVID-19 breakdown. The room is clean and neat. Although I have a problem with the booking because I booked the room through an online platform, the receptionist is very helpful and fixed the problem in no time. So I would say that the services are good. My favorite part about this hotel is the dining room, they have a variety of food organized for the breakfast buffet and a lot of Japanese-style food such as sushi or ramen for dinner. Overall, I highly recommend visiting here if you travel to Sriracha

Nice place with good amenities like kids room, exercise room, and onsen room. Pool is located near some groove of trees and sometimes leaves fall into the water, which some people may not like. There is also a small playground by the pool. Restaurant in the hotel is pretty decent. Room is quite big and clean. Kids will love this place.

The team staff were amazing. The room is clean with homey ambience. The variety of breakfast was top notch, way beyond the price we paid. The Onsen may need a little improvement on the ambience and the sound system - light music to help relax and ease the noise from the main road. Little remark on group of trainee staff that has no service mind and made us feel uncomfortable. Many dirty bowls (dried mess) that were supposed to be clean for the soup and coffee cups were found on the breakfast line but I believe they were the resuly of the unqualified group of trainee working in the kitchen.

Great services and nice place. Facilities are worth for the price range. Not too far from attractions. Shuttle vans make life easier after a few hours spent on driving to the hotel. The staff are willing to help with your inquiries.

The hospitality is five stars and the place is fit for family with elderly and kids. The room is including small kitchen area with fully equipped kitchen gears. The hotel food was nice and the kid club was just a cheer on top.

good room. Spacious and clean. Many facilities. Electronic stove and microwave. Also big fridge. Dining table for four people. Breakfast quite varieties. Room service many menu with many japanese menus. Tv also has many japan channels. Only downside is water pressure for bathing. Its quite low. Enough for bathing but not felt good. Service here also very good.

The family studio room is nice. Great facilities for family with kids. Breakfast tastes ok. Very very very crowded on weekend and holiday.

The purchase is very worth it. Good place with good services. Easy to come from BKK and they have a shuttle bus for go to another place nearby. If you have a children don't miss this place, because you can leave them in mini Harberland at second floor of building 3. In the morning, you will able to take many kind of breakfast such as burger, sausage, salad, thaifood, sushi and etc. Very very very good.

Nice and clean room with excellent breakfast, the best I have had so far.
There are a lot of comic books that you can take to your room after informing the front desk. Have a free Onsen and a floor for kids to play.
Cloese to a lot of good restaurant
I have been there for 3 times in half a year and will plan a lot more.
