Holiday Inn & Suites Rayong City Centre, an IHG Hotel

This is an excellent hotel next to a small mall on the main road in town. There is parking in the basement and a rooftop pool that is small but has a good view and places to sit. Rooms are well appointed and have everything from TV to hairdryer to TV and a soft bed. They put a free bed in for our son which was nice. Service is quick and efficient. They asked for feedback on the breakfast buffet (fried potatoes were undercooked) and the next day they had fixed it. The buffet was great with plenty of western and Asian options as well as great coffee. Hotel is generally clean and well run.

This is a stunning hotel and one of the only high rises in Rayong. Great service, beautifully spacious rooms and smell with lovely café in the lobby and superb breakfast buffet. Stunning rooftop top - over and above for the cost.

The Brassiere on Level 5, the dining hall has phenomenal service with exceptional servers. Not only do they make you feel at home in a foreign country, they teach you about their culture and language. My server was Best and he was awesome! The manager on duty was Amm and she is always helpful and so kind. Bow, Book, and Bell were so attentive with our food and the attention to detail was beyond expectation! I eat here almost every night instead of going outside of the hotel just because of the warm welcome I receive!

I frequently traveled here for works. This hotel is very convenient place to stay. The tallest building in Rayong. The staff really friendly and make us feels like at home (especially One) . The food served is good and delicious. There is a shopping mall just beside this hotel.

I had the pleasure of staying at the only and tallest hotel in town. As soon as I entered the central area, it was impossible to miss the impressive presence of this hotel. The location is extremely convenient, as it is situated next to a mall that offers many options such as dining, services, including a supermarket.

The room was spaciousness, cleanliness, and modern design. The layout was well thought out, making it suitable for all types of travelers. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the fact that they provided both firm and soft pillows to cater to individual preferences.

While the pool could have been cleaner, I couldn't deny the fact that it offered the best view in town. Additionally, I had a wonderful experience at the hotel's rooftop bar during sunset. The ambiance was lovely, and I was thrilled to find out that they were currently offering a happy hour promotion.

All in all, I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you ever find yourself in Rayong. The convenient location, spacious and modern rooms, comfortable beds, breathtaking views, and enjoyable rooftop bar experience all contribute to a fantastic stay.

Amazing hotel, we had the corner suite which is absolutely stunning! Compared to many other hotels this one is actually really cheap. The staff are amazing, the executive lounge, rooftop restaurant and cafe are all really good. The little one absolutely loved the pool and the infinity view. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a hotel in central Rayong!

This is my first time at this property, the staff is warm and very helpful.

I was waiting for my room and Khun Dew just walked up and asked if I had breakfast and would like something, it felt home.

She was very polite and customised my coffee to my liking. She is amazing !

Only stayed for 1 day and wish I would have stayed longer! Dew and One in the breakfast area were wonderfully polite and welcoming when my wife and I went down for breakfast. The hotel is clean, rooms are comfy, and honestly, I have no issues at all. 10/10

A fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was a superior king with great coffee and tea facilities. The staff were great from start to finish. The restaurant was unbelievable value and truly fine dining that I have not experienced for this price. The breakfast was also very good. I will certainly stay again. There is also a shopping mall with street food right next door. I had a green curry, ric and omelette for 60thb!

Stayed 3 nights for business trip. Room is clean and well maintained, Food quality is good for breakfast buffet and reasonable price when ordered a la carte for my dinner. Hotel staff are friendly, overall up to my expectation. Thumbs up!!

The staff are very gracious, the rooms are nice, and the food is very good with nice variety. I want to compliment Best and Bow on the serving staff, they are both hard working, engaging, and attentive. My stay here has been very satisfying.

First of all,thank you, Khun Joe the reservation officers who were handling my request for a honeymoon this time were prompt in responding to my emails, which shows that they truly care about their guests.And the front desk staff were all very nice. Khun Lucky, the check-in staff, provided good service, spoke sweetly, was polite, and seemed professional.The Bellman in Khun Park is both friendly and courteous,and Khun Kan is also very cute. Dew in the bakery section too and the security guards in the underground parking lot were also attentive to their work.Upon my arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the service here. They were quick to work and very attentive to their guests.The front staff was very attentive and concerned about the guests during my request for first aid equipment, which was the most impressive thing.I was so impressed with the service here that I didn't notice some of the shortcomings.Your team is truly high quality and perfect. "Bakery tasty!"

The location is very strategic (just a few steps away from Passione mall). Hotel staff is accommodating and approachable. Hotel is 7.5km aways from the beach which is accessible by Bolt or Grab (fare is around 90 baht during Apr 2024).

Absolutely fabulous. I had a perfect experience in this wonderful hotel. The room was wonderful, the breakfast sensational and the staff 100 percent friendly and professional, especially One who took time to chat with me at breakfast. I will return for another short holiday at the Holiday Inn in Rayong.

All staff at the restaurant will really good attention to the guests, really good in initiating well communication. They notice the repeaters. Foods are good quality and variety. Service is good, so impressive. I will definitely recommend friends and family to stay here next visit in Rayong.

One star for location bse nothing much really happens in Rayong unless you are on a business trip. Besides being next door to a good mall - that’s all the convenience you get. The hotel is superb. Great breakfast. Good sky pool too.

Great service! The service team was quick and efficient and the room is very clean, fresh but something that I was found is the way to parking in above 2nd floors there is quite to dangerous, small way and tight which need to focus and be aware.

Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Excellent service, very wide range of foods, and 4 separate staffed stations for foods made to order - quite impressive. Will definitely stay here again when we’re back in Rayong.
