Blue Lagoon Hotel

Great location, rooms were good with good value for money, pool was super fun and breakfast had a good range and seating. The staff are super helpful which extended to even after we checked out when I left something in the room and they went out of their way to post it across the country back to me! Thank you so much!

Its a great hotel, good location, rooms was nice and the staff excellent.
The breakfast was delicious and is included.
I saw negative reviews for the fact there is no lift, but is only 3 floor and they help you carry your laggage, and other negative review i saw is the shower is near the toilet, we must understand that is just culture , if you visit countrys on southeast asian you will notice that is normal that kind of bathrooms, so i dont see it like a negative thing, maybe weird but never negative. Great hotel and great price.

Wonderful experience at Blue Lagoon. Smiling faces everywhere. The staff is really courteous and well trained. I was sitting beside the pool when a staff member offered me an ice tea as a kind gesture. That's what customer service is all about. The location of the property is good and walking distance from the Chiang Rai bus terminal 1. Lots of good restaurants and tourist activity and also close to the night bazaar. Scooter for rent is available in the vicinity. Everything for a reasonable price. I highly recommend this Hotel because of its STAFF. 👏 👏

Great location and service, good breakfast, very beautiful pool 🌊 Got an early check-in for free. We should have had a room with garden view, but got one with no view at all (just some hotel construction) and couldn’t open the window, but didn’t complain as we stayed there for only one day.

We've been traveling for 3 months now staying in 4-5 star places. This is the cheapest place we've stayed in.

We only stayed for one night and it was much better than expected. We departed at 06:15am even though breakfast only started at 0630, staff made us a quick breakfast and coffee to go.

Room was very clean and bed comfy. The only thing I didn't love it was a wet bathroom

Central Chiang Rai city hotel, walking distance from night bazar. The hotel has a swimming pool, a restaurant for breakfast and good car park.
Staff is welcoming and helpful.
The room was nicely clean with all the amenties and finally a big bed.
The bathroom is small but with a nice hot shower.

Great hotel, centre of city and all attractions. Staff 10/10, cleanliness 10/10, breakfast 12/10 (Thai style with extras for European tastes, set me up for day). Relax pool side with a beverage after days sightseeing. Photos of Doi Tung 50 min drive away, entrance B150 and Wat Phra Kaew 5 min drive or interesting 15 min walk.

Giant pool wich 50% is in the shadow most of the day, so it make everyone happy at all time and the garden surrounding it is very relaxing.

Small but clean and very confortable room.

The concierge lady was speaking a perfect english and was very kind.

I doubt there better around for the same price, I'm very happy and satisfied about my visit there :)

A very nice 3 star hotel. Well designed and great layout with limited space especially the breakfast place.

Stayed for 7 nights and we had a fantastic stay at the Hotel.

The Hotel is immaculately clean, rooms cleaned every day
and public areas in the Hotel constantly being cleaned.

The Pool, nice size and plenty of sun loungers around.
150m deep and 60cm for the kid pool.

The restaurant is located in the opposite block.
Breakfast buffet, all options of hot and cold Food western or asian style.

The hotel staff hooked us up with an amazing tour for the whole day for half of the price of what a half day would cost on Travelocity. Great location. The beds are ok. Breakfast was good and included for us. Definitely recommend.

Great hotel to stay at in Chaing Rai I highly recommend it. Customer service is amazing. Savanna Pinsuvann helped me greatly when I had a medical issue. She personally took me to the hospital and helped translation with the staff. I am very greatful to Suvanna and all the staff at Blue Lagoon for their help. It's a place where people really care about their clients. Thank you

The best hotel we have stayed in our trip in Thailand, staff really helpful friendly and the breakfast had a lot of choices . Definitely recommend it to everyone. Really closed to the bus station
