No fridge but they tell u upon check in.
Have fridge in reception open 24 hrs w water and beer same price as 7/11,

Don't visit if you want a romantic place.

Thoroughly recommend for a night over in town n don't want to drive home.

Very good location close to the clock tower and nice restaurants. Great service and lovely staff. Comfortable for long term accomodation. The room were very clean and also the service clean every day and give you water, tea and coffee. There are motorbike and cycle parking inside. At the reception you can buy drinks and snacks, very good price.

Rooms were very clean and modern, Free water, coffee & snack’s everyday.
Amazing location, 5 minute walk to restaurant & bars. I would recommend and would come back here!

Great affordable hotel with a perfect location. Nothing fancy but clean rooms good aircon and friendly staff. I would definitely stay again.

Great location in the center of Chiang Rai. Deluxe room was nice and spacious for a longer stay. Cleaning staff was respectful of the do not disturb sign but still left us water and coffee packets outside our room each day. Bike friendly.

Location is perfect clean rooms good value it’s already cheap so don’t expect much but still very good option they give free water and towels

For the money, online or Agoda, for near or below 300 Baht, it was very enjoyable to use as our base location. 1 day, then 3, and finally 2, so for nearly a week, we enjoyed. Other newer places available, but these were the best beds yet! Hot water, nice size shower / wet room. Cold AC, hot water for your coffee or microwave if you need a heat / reheat.

Scale to weigh bags for those flying, also great night lights on each side of bed. Walkable to clock tower and night market. We had car and parking alternated on each side of the rode on even or odd days.

Great and clean hotel with modern equipment and comfy bed. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
You can also rent bicycles for 50 baht/day.
You can eat food in your room.
You get everyday 2 bottles of water, instant coffee and tea. In the room is a hairdryer, tv and a water cooker.
If you put the don't disturb sign on your door you get fresh towels and water bottles in a bag on your door handle with tea and coffee in it.
Great location and amazing service.

Simple but clean and somewhat modern place. Right next to the clock tower and within walking distance from the bus station. There is a coffee shop and grocery store right next door. Wifi worked fine. Bed was comfortable and clean, also the bathroom was clean and comfortable. AC worked great. No noise problems. I would stay here again. I paid 670 BHT for one night upon walk-in (did not make a reservation) in low season (May). Seems cheaper when you book online.

Nice old hotel that seems to have been renovated. Staff is friendly and helpful. Walking distance from all spots in Chiang Rai as the Clock Tower, Night Market and Saturday Night Market. They rent bikes for 50 baht and have laundry for 60 baht.

Good, everyday, room service the gave our room fresh bottles of water, some coffee and tea, clean glasses and biscuits.
We stayed there for two nights.

2 mins walking distance to Chiangrai Clock Tower and Morning Market. About 10 mins walk to Night Bazaar (opens every night), bus station (to chiangmai) & post office. Street is quiet at night thus will not cause disturbance to sleep. What i like most is the Room and toilet are CLEAN. room is cleaned daily.
the hotel provides drinking water, hair dryer (in the room), shower gel, shampoo and hair conditioner but NO toothpaste, toothbrush and towel. You can rent a towel at THB 50/pc. Staffs are helpful and responsive to our requests and able to speak English. But downside there is no lifts / elevators.

Nice budget hotel in Chiang Rai. It's close to the clock tower and Saturday night market. There are bicycles to rent. Shops and banks are around, so no worry at all.

The room was really nice and the staff very helpful helping me with everything I needed. The breakfast is included and quite good, you can choose between different options (even vegetarian). The location and the price were also very good.

Super lovely stay here. Simple and well managed rooms together with great location. Everything is 20 minutes away maximum.

Great accommodations in the heart of Chiang Rai. Rate includes a Thai breakfast which is quite good and wifi is plentiful & speedy. Loved our stay here!
