WOW! I can’t believe how amazing it was to see these magnificent giants 🐘😍 Mr. Ken was very kind and explained that they rescued these creatures from other elephant riding places where they were tortured with sticks and were rode on!
Mr. Ken and the village do everything they can to give the best life for them so they can live freely 🥰 how amazing is that!! Please support them as much as possible! The waterfall Mr. Ken took us to was so refreshing! You have to try it 😍

Amazing experience!
The elephants are happy and left wild in their habitat.
The village is beautiful and the people are friendly.
I advice to bring sneakers shoes and bikini to jump in the waterfall.

Fantastic place where the elephants live wild. We did a 1 night / 2 day trip with them and it was one of the best tours we’ve ever done. We had a great trek followed by an amazing night at the elephant village with Ken and his family who made us feel super welcome. The second day we spent with the elephants and it was wonderful. Thanks for everything guys! Can’t recommend this place enough!

If you’re looking for an authentic and natural elephant encounter, in a beautiful setting and supporting good local people. Look no further than this place. Was an amazing experience. Elephants are really happy and healthy which is down to the people working there. They have a good and gentle relationship with them which is good to see. Our tour guide Ken was really friendly and knowledgable and made sure we had a great time. Transport and food was great.

The place was absolutely amazing. You could see that the caregivers have a great connection to the elephants. It was incredibly to be so close to the animals, feed them and wash them. Especially the baby elephant Natalie was adorable. Can't recommend this place enough!

The elephant is really cute & the staff is so friendly. We feed the elephant and take a photo with them, we can touch & feed them. Say “Bosouu” and they trunk will go up.

Fantastic sanctuary, happy elephants, wonderful guides. The jungle trek was technical in the rain, but such a cool experience. Some reviews state the elephants have ropes around their necks; some do, the ropes hold bells — like cows in Switzerland, it helps let the keepers know where they are. I was worried about the elephant welfare coming here, because of a few bad reviews, these cannot be substantiated — these were some happy elephants!!! Run by locals, support this small business when you’re in Chang Mai!

Amazing elephant sanctuary!

I have been to one other elephant sanctuary 4 years ago in Chiang Mai and this was much better.

Highly recommend the full day tour.

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. The entire day was incredible. The morning was spent feeding the elephants, wandering through the jungle with them (at the elephants will), then a walk back through the jungle to a beautiful waterfall. Lunch was excellent, cooked fresh and very authentic. After a quick afternoon nap by the river, we dived into the water to wash and feed the elephants. Ken, who spoke exceptional English was an absolute pleasure. He was very informative and welcoming. Every person living and working here clearly had an amazing connection with the elephants, and had total respect for them. You couldn't get more natural than here. What a great day! The scenery is beyond words.

Had an amazing time with the elephants and baby elephant Natalie. It was awe inspiring to be around (and so close to) these enormous animals. Great half day visit with a tour to the waterfalls included. Bring footwear for the mud! Definitely recommend if you’re in Chiang Mai!

So amazing!

First off, try not to bring flip flops, beach shoes are best if they cover your feet and give a bit of traction. Mosquito repellent is a good idea and bring swim clothes (bathing the elephants and a waterfall). I brought a waterproof bag for my camera for pictures as you will be asked to leave bags at the guest area. Pay attention to the guide for the words to use with the elephants. Example, "bon bon" when offering food.

Eco conscious, respectful of the elephants and great guides, food and experience. Just go aleardy! Picked us up at our hotel, lunch included and dropping us back off. Thanks for the experience 🙌
