I recently stayed at the Nai Ya Hotel with my family and had an exceptional experience! The hotel perfectly blends modern elegance with natural charm, featuring a beautiful swimming pool complete with a pool bar and a lovely garden area to stroll through. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered an amazing view of the pool. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met throughout our stay. The breakfast selection was also diverse and delicious. Overall, we had an amazing time at this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing getaway in Chiang Rai!

This stay is very near to the city centre and the Chiang rai bus station and all the attractions are nearby to this place. Check-in was very smooth. Nice and peaceful place and I will highly recommend it to everyone. Even the ambience and pool is pretty good and if you wanna do gym they have gym also and conference room as well.

A beautiful hotel in Thai-modern style. Tastefully furnished and decorated.
Large rooms with beautiful bathrooms.
The breakfast is both Asian and Western.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would particularly like to mention Khun Lin, who quickly organized a somewhat unusual transfer for me at short notice. Khop khun khap.
If I come to Chiang Rai again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

After very long driving and when we arrived there, it was amazing and felt relaxing! Very great services, super friendly staff and we had yummy dinner.

We stayed at ground floor which is access to swimming pool from our room, so cool!

The place was easy to find, middle of Chaing Rai city which is close to night bazar market.

Such a fabulous stay, we booked for 4 nights and ended staying for 6. Room was super comfortable, beds pillows and well the vibe. It’s a winner.

Everything is 5 stars! Honestly. I booked 3 rooms for only a night since it was a short trip with my family. They made sure the rooms were close by, and the superior rooms were already so nice, clean, new and modern in design. The staffs were helpful and polite. The pool was also great! My dad had forgotten his swim trunks in the bathroom and only realized a day later. When I reached out via facebook to have it back, they paid for the delivery of the swim trunks back to bangkok! The replies were fast and very nice!! Breakfast was delicious and great too! If you are hesitating to book, just book it! It is more than worth the price! The rooms are super spacious and smells great!

The pool is great, surrounded by plants, and a pool bar with great snacks and drinks. The gym is also good to keep your workout routine. Breakfast was delicious and complete.
The rooms are just amazing. Big and comfy bed, really clean and peaceful. Bathroom with everything you can ask for.

The perfect stay in Chiang Rai! There’s a beautiful swimming pool with a swim up bar and the location is perfect! We also rented a scooter to explore the various temples in Chiang Rai!

Beautiful hotel with great staff! Everyone was very friendly and nice. The room was great and the restaurant was excellent. The facilities look new and modern, and everything was very clean and tidy. A great place to stay at.

Nai ya must be one of our favorite hotels that we visited before! And that comes from two people who worked at the hotels for a long time.

The rooms were so nice, spacious and clean. The breakfast was awesome! You can choose amongst the breakfast menu which has many different options.

But the most important thing is the hospitality they provide, it is exceptional!

We have never been treated so well in any place we have stayed! We recommend this place to everybody who comes to Chiang Rai! The location is perfect and you can’t believe that you are in the middle of the city when you walk into this gem 😍 We can’t wait to get back here!

I stayed here for 2 weeks and been changing room twice. I think the normal room without balcony is definitely more than enough.
During my stay, there was renovations happening and they upgraded me to the Pool suite, I’m super lucky. It is definitely bigger room, better view (the pool just right in front of me), high privacy as is at the far corner. Every room provide bowls, plates and cutleries. Which is amazing when you ordered food.

Lovely hotel with large rooms and even larger beds. The pool is lovely and the gym has some basic weights and machines. Breakfast bufet is quite generous with Thai and continental options.

Our friends and family had an amazing time here at Nai Ya hotel. We had such a restful night. The environment is very nice and clean, modern with a twist of beautiful Northern antique collections. Wish I could have time to look into their gift shop! It looks very interesting!!

The breakfast is so abundant from fried eggs to Thai traditional Kaw Tom Moo and many choices of desserts and fruits. My son has a great time here. He did not want to leave! :D we will definitely be back again!! 5⭐ +++++++ recommended to everyone who wants to visit Chiang Rai ❤

Unfortunately we only stayed one night but it was enough to enjoy our stay and give 5*. Very clean and specious room, super comfortable bed and staff friendly and helpful. Unbelievable breakfast with the opportunity to choose between local and continental breakfast. I will definitely go back!
