I’ve done training at 4 other muay thai gyms but Nong was by far the best. He really wants to teach you something rather than just hitting pads without correcting like some gyms do. Price is a bit higher than other gyms but well worth it.

I've been visiting this gym now for almost a month and want to highly recommend it! Especially the atmosphere and the teaching style is unique compared to other Muay Thai gyms.

Nong is an experienced trainer. He knows how to let you progress through different levels - tailored to your skills and abilities. The training consists of padwork, technique, stamina and sparring / actual use of the teached art. I want to highlight the sparring in the ring which I didn't find like that in other gyms I visited. No bad vibes but beneficial training experiences only! At Nampetch you train mostly with local Thai people who I found welcoming and nice. Even though it's a smallish gym, you have up to three trainers who know what they do and of course all equipment is professional. It's an authentic Muay Thai experience which aims at your progress! I don't understand why you would go to a different gym. The classes are affordable. Group training is in the afternoon / evening from 3.30pm on. You can also reach Nong over his Facebook page for private classes for example!
