Dusit Princess Srinakarin Hotel

Rooms are clean and huge.. their service is the best. Everyone is really so nice. I will stay there again just because of their service.
Location if you are traveling to Central there is always an hour jam.

Breakfast was bad. Food doesn't taste good. Only the pastries was good

Loved this place! Huge room, good drinks at the bar, great pool, and right next to a super fun mall to explore. We stayed here our last night in Bangkok before flying out and it was great.

The only bad thing— and this is not their fault!— but the taxi driver they arranged for us conveniently didn’t have any change for us in the morning when he took us to the airport. We had to catch our flight so ended up paying double for our ride. It was pretty skeezy.

Overall this was a great stay! The staff works around the clock to ensure that your needs are taken care of. Our company was here for a conference, so we got to experience the buffet style dining for all three meals and they were very accommodating and delightful. The rooms were very clean, offering views of the city and the pool (which was great and open 0600-2200). There are three lifts covering all floors so even when it is busy you hardly wait at all. The gym was well maintained and the staff was willing to open early for us to get in before work times started. Most of the staff speaks exceptional english, but I'd recommend learning a few thai greetings to reciprocate honour :)
The location is not the best due to very busy streets and city life right outside, but there is a mall next to the hotel, two yellow line train stations < 1 km away, a park just over 1km away, and some authentic thai restaurants and a market about 1.5km through some over passes and under a few bridges.
I would definitely recommend Dusit Princess if you find yourself coming to Bangkok!

The room itself was spacious, well-appointed, and meticulously clean. With modern amenities such as complimentary Wi-Fi, 2 pcs each laundry and a comfortable bed, and a well-equipped bathroom, I felt right at home throughout my stay.
The buffet breakfast, every meal was a culinary delight. The attentive staff, the exceptional service provided by the hotel.
In terms of amenities, the Dusit Princess Hotel leaves nothing to be desired. The fitness center was well-equipped for a satisfying workout session, while the swimming pool provided a refreshing escape from the bustling city below. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location allowed me to explore nearby attractions with ease, from shopping districts to cultural landmarks.

What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its exceptional service. Throughout my stay, the staff went above and their genuine hospitality truly enhanced my overall experience and made me feel valued as a guest.

We got to the hotel really late and were up early to start our tour of Thailand. The first morning was magical.

The buffet was spectacular, lots of choices from familiar stays like toast and oatmeal to more exotic offerings such as sweet pea flower juice.

The rooms to reflected this; all the regular things you'd expect to see at a great hotel but also some welcome surprises. The bathroom was superbly finished with beautiful stone counter tops and tub, but mini bar was well stocked and the robes felt inches thick.

The service we received here was incredible. From start to finish the staff were attentive, caring and helpful. They certainly went the extra mile for us and ensured all our needs were met.

The rooms were very comfortable, quiet and the buffet breakfast had a great variety. We especially enjoyed having afternoon tea at the cafe on level 1.
We felt very much at home.

Spacious, bright, clean lobby design, love it. The staff is amazing, helpful & friendly.

Spacious clean room , toilet & bathroom, amazing firm n comfortable bed.

The gym is adequately equipped and spacious.

Spacious, good view out to the swimming pool, for the breakfast restaurant. But the food is a bit lacking variety.

Lastly, great location just beside 2 mins walk to Seacon mall & 7 Eleven.

Good service from the hotel and f&b team. Good strong cocktails.
Laundry was dried in a oily place, can smell it after it was returned.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five-star dining experience at the Dusit Princess Srinakarin Hotel in Bangkok 🏙 !

We have stayed at this hotel before and had a very good experience (particularly the breakfast buffet 😋). On this occasion we just dropped in to enjoy the 🎄 Festive 🫖 Afternoon Tea 🫖.

We shared a pot of TWG Moonfruit Black Tea which paired well with the large variety of sweet and savoury delights included with the Afternoon Tea set.

This afternoon tea set is fantastic value at 590 THB net (on a par with other hotels charging 2-3x the price). We did not make a booking in advance - the staff were wonderfully accommodating of us and other walk-in groups, but I would recommend making an advance reservation so that they can fully prepare for your visit. The F&B team demonstrated great service-mindedness especially the cashier Mr Aun.

Parking can be an issue at some older properties in Bangkok but we had no problem parking our large pickup truck in the underground carpark at the Dusit Princess.

Great Hotel for short stay, quiet and clean with in room massage service (which is great after long day out). Shopping mall is very near the hotel. Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner makes it easier.

Amazing service by all staff. Rooms were big and clean. Many amenities were provided like toiletries, kettle, iron & board, slippers, etc.

Went with family and had a great time. The front desk staff are very friendly and were accommodating during our 8 days stay. Excellent room service and massage. The breakfast is delicious; large variety and my daughter was very happy every morning. I start my day with three cups of their amazing cappuccino. Additionally, the location is incredibly convenient and walkable. The Sea Square Mall is across the street and the SkyTrain is walking distance.

Dusit staff are very accommodating during my stay at your hotel. I also experienced a good service as I leave the room a bit messy and arrive neat or all thing as well ordered and clean.

A WOW old gem long established under the Dusit brand and still maintaining the high standard of training of staff, maintenance of facilities with big room, bathroom, very hearty and tasty breakfast just next door to three malls, another old established gem, the Seacon Square, the Paradise, and one other, just within walking distance. Keep it up

Very nice hotel, delicious breakfast, nice pool and so forth.
Everything is very clean.

Next to the hotel is Seaconsquare, a big shopping mall where you can almost get everything.

I can also recommend the dinner inside the hotel.
The weiter (Aam) was always very helpful, polite and respectful. Additionally, he recommended each dinner any other delicious traditional Thai Food to me.

I would recommend a Mai Tai after the dinner in the cocktail bar.

Good hotspot. Nearby Everything you need. Mall, metro, taxi, night market, Nurjahan Halal Restaurant all within 10 minutes. Very friendly hotel staffs. Rooms are good. Enjoyed staying.

Top notch hotel. The staff were welcoming, kind and extremely helpful. The room was comfortable and spacious and ameneties like the swimming pool, gym and buffet breakfast were high quality and easy to access. The food was a highlight - the breakfast was fresh with heaps of variety and the area it was served was such an open, bright and beautiful space, it was a wonderful way to start the day. Staff took the time to remember our coffee orders and always checked in to make sure everything was going well for us. I liked the location too - a little away from more high traffic tourist areas. Highly recommend!

The staff members were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was delicious and the rooms were lovely however there was some smoking smell in them, the train station was kind of far however the shopping mall was super convenient
