Soul Yoga Studio & Fitness

I stumbled upon this yoga studio while enjoying drinks at the bar right beneath it and all I can say is, it was meant to be! As a foreigner yogi dropping in for one class, it was such a fun and welcoming experience. The instructor spoke Thai and English and led the class with grace and light-heartedness. The class was for all levels and had its challenging poses as options. I loved how the space opened itself up to the sounds of nature through the surrounding glass windows. It was also only 250baht/class and totally worth it for a good sweat! You'll have to sign up with the bartender because there are limited spots. Highly recommended spot.
