บริการได้ดีมากครับ แต่ของแถมบอกว่าฟรีแต่มีค่าใช้จ่ายด้วยงง

There is a lot of staff but how about taking care of customers! I walked in to buy an adapter no one noticed pr asked anything til I says so but I wouldn't mind that coz just a quick purchase and I was looking for an ipad so I looked them up and tryna asked staff about the iPad with the keyboard thing that if it connected or no? And she said yes but I was typing nothing happening at al then that one staff just walked away and said nothing I’m so disappointed and wondering why do people do this? Is it because I just wearing a T-shirt with short or they just bad at customer service things!

So overall customers service is the most important thing in store, So do it

เดินเข้าไปในร้าน บอกพนักงานว่าสนใจเคส 14 โปรแม็คค่ะ พนักงานก็ทำเหมือนเราไม่มีตัวตน ในร้านเหมือนไม่มีเงินซื้อไม่สนใจ พอเราบอกว่าขายไหมคะ ก็ยืนเฉย จนเราบอกว่าพี่เค้าเอาชิ้นนี้ค่ะถึงเดินมาหยิบให้เราแล้วไล่ให้เราไปชำระเงินหน้าเคาน์เตอร์ ต่อให้เราซื้อของราคาถูกหรือแพงก็ควรบริการเท่ากันค่ะ

บริการก่อนและหลังการขายไม่ดีครับ
ซื้อเครื่องใหม่มา 1วัน มีปัญหาตรงหน้าจอปุ่มเปิดปิดค้าง
เอามาเช็คที่ studio7 ศูนย์ไม่มีการเคลมเครื่องใหม่ให้
ต้องเดินไปเช็คที่ icenter ตรงhomepro สุดท้ายส่งซ่อม

แย่มากค่ะ ยืนรอตั้งนานไม่มาสอบถามอะไรเลย ไม่แนะนำ จะซื้อเครื่องเปล่า บังคับซื้ออุปกรณ์เสริมเพิ่ม พอไม่ซื้ออุปกรณ์เสริมก็ไม่ขายให้ แต่สาขาอื่นขายให้ไม่เห็นต้องบังคับซื้ออะไรเลย 🤔

พนักงานเยอะแต่ทำงานสับสนไปหมด ล่าช้า ผิดพลาด ข้อมูลไม่ครบถ้วนค่ะ

บริการแย่มาก ให้ไปยืนรอไม่มีซักถามหรือบอกให้ลูกค้ารอ ไปยืนรอนานมากไม่เข้ามาบริการ หรือเพราะดูจากการแต่งตัว แย่มาก
