Stayed here for 1 night in March 24 prior to catching a ferry to Langkawi. The rooms and property were very clean and modern. They provided hot water on tap in the common areas for tea/coffee. The reception people were friendly and polite. Good parking on site. It was a comfortable visit at a reasonable price. The property is near the city centre.

I had the pleasure of meeting Noon! She checked me in at 21:20 when I arrived to the hotel. She was very helpful, providing me with the resources of a scooter rental and where to head to get to the nearest border to do a border run. I am grateful for her kindness, this was just the reception ! The room was very clean and bed was nice and firm. Water was warm for the shower and what a view at night from the balcony ! This is a great hotel

Unlike most reviews for this hotel, our visit wasn't primarily for the ferry transfer to Langkawi. We opted for this hotel because of its secure parking at night, its location in a residential area, which gave it a blended-in feel. The front desk receptionist, a woman, was particularly friendly, even asking about our origin and if we were planning on island hopping. Additionally, the room was clean.

Very good appartment with the price. Located a near town with very nice and superb clean environment with balcony. Big refrigerator.

But need improvement by:
1. Not hot water to drink
2. Many television channels not working

We stayed here for 1 night so we could get the ferry to langkawi. It was a lovely hotel so clean with a comfy bed, good air con and a fridge which I love. The lady on the front desk was so useful and spoke amazing english

Amazing stay here, staff were so so helpful even helped us get to a ATM by driving my boyfriend on their moped, clean room, great location for the ferry and even helped us to book a taxi, could not recommend enough!!

Perfect for transit to/from Langkawi.
We stayed 1 night before going to Langkawi.
The Lady arranged the ferry tickets and shuttle to the pier.
Ticket 450+100 shuttle.
Very fair, and it worked precisely.
Thank them so much.

This hotel is great. It's new, clean, and in a safe location. The price is very reasonable. They have free coffee and tea and cookies that our kids enjoy. No breakfast but there are plenty of places in town that are good breakfast choices.

Дуже чистий і охайний готель, що ідеально підходить для зупинки під час подорожі в Малайзію. За номер ми заплатили 600 бат готівкою у готелі. Приємна жінка на ресепшині організувала для нас трансфер від готелю до пірса і квитки на паром до Лангкаві. Квитки на паром коштували 450 бат і трансфер від готелю до пірса - 100 бат. Дуже вдячні їй!

เป็นอพาท​เม้นท์​ค่อนข้างใหม่ เครื่องใช้ครบครัน เจ้าของดูแลดีมาก แนะนำสถานที่เที่ยว ร้านอาหารให้อย่างดี สถานที่สะอาด ปลอดภัย ราคาไม่แรง อยู่ในเมืองสตูลเลยสะดวกเข้าไปอีก ถ้าจะไปเที่ยวปากบาราขับรถไป50นาที สบายๆ

ส่วนตัวว่าสถานที่ค่อนข้างเปลี่ยวนะครับ แต่ระบบจัดการอื่น และสภาพห้อง ถือว่าดีเยี่ยมเลย

ห้องใหม่สวยสะอาดที่นอนนุ่มนอนสบายดี บรรยากาศก็ดีค่ะ
