CoCo Cottage resort & CoCo Bistro Restaurant

I enjoyed every minute of stying in this location. The hotel facilities are very good. You will find a library in the lobby. The infinity pool is a great place to relax. In the front of the hotel there is a swing and sun beds. If you are lucky (no clouds) you will see stunning sunrise.

We didn’t stay here but stopped by for dinner. Food and service is 10/10. They add a 10% service charge which is our first time seeing that in Thailand. Located at the end of island so harder to get in evening due to lack of lights on the island. The waiters & waitress were fantastic!

Paradise. No roads, no noise pollution, only the sound of crashing waves at night and the sounds of birds. A real Robinson Crusoe experience. We stayed 2 nights at the stunning resort based on advice but wish we stayed longer. It's rustic and beautiful. There is no 5 star fluff so leave all notions behind and enjoy detaching from the world, playing card games, reading your book and just laying back to marvel at the isolation.

I didn't live in this hotel. But I want to leave the review because we have a booking and unfortunately we got poisoned and in clinic we know that this is salmonella bacteria. We asked the hotel the cancel and refund the money and they did without any problems when they receiced docs from the clinic. Very honest staff.

Magnificent! Welcoming stuff, beautiful resort and a good breakfast and dinner menu. Note: Lots of mosquitoes after 5PM, better to purchase some spray in advance or on the spot

We had the family bungalow with our two teenage boys. Big enough for us, nicely decorated and a great terrace (even if ours didn’t have those cool bamboo loungers, like the smaller Bungalows have). Very attentive and helpful staff, truly service minded.
Resort is mainly booked by couples in their thirties, who occupy their sun loungers early before breakfast, which actually is extremely unnecessary.
Restaurant serves unique Thai and Fusion food, we enjoyed a lot.
Beach in front is rather rocky at low tide, but great for snorkelling at high tide. We enjoyed this place very much and would come back in a second!

Coco Cottage is simply an awesome place.
The staff are all super sweet, service is incredibly attentive and consistent, the restaurant food quality is top notch. The high ratings it has are very well deserved.

The grounds and amenities are very well maintained. The pool is also superb for such a small resort.

We really enjoyed our stay here! it was very peaceful and relaxing. We saw a lot of birds, the oriental pied hornbill was a great, and even a huge monitor lizard.

If you’re planning on staying more than 2 nights I highly suggest you book day trips to visit nearby islands or go snorkelling, to change it up.

It’s well worth the extra boat transfers to get here.

This place is perfect for chill slow relaxing days away from crowds. We loved the vibe - bushy bungalows (clean and good standard) close to the jungle, very green and bamboo style with countless coconut accents. Little disadvantage: I dob’t understand why they charge extra for renting snorkling mask and fins, plus restaurant food is a bit pricy but still 5 well deserved stars.

IMO the best Resort on the island.!

One of the loveliest places I ever stayed. Quiet and remote, cute hermit crabs, sunset view from the bedroom, beautiful snorkeling with much wildlife (lionfish, Barracuda, clownfish...), nice food and drink menu (though not very spicy), helpful staff.

I have been in Koh Ngai many times and can say that CoCo Cottage is the best Hotel in Koh Ngai💚💚💚
They have a super nice room with tropical island style. beautiful swimming pool by the beach and the owners is super friendly 🤟🏻🤟🏻🤟🏻
Foods and drinks here also good. They have many tasty Thai dish that you should try. 😋
The bar here is nice. You can drink with the sound of the ocean and so peaceful here 🧡🧡🧡

We had an amazing stay at Coco Cottage. Relaxing and eco-friendly resort with an incredible pool directly located next to the beach. Staff was super friendly and made our stay just perfect. Food and drinks were really good. We can fully recommend Coco for your stay at Kho Ngai

This place is incredibly nice. Nice cabins, fantastic food, kind and helpful staff, great snorkeling right off the beach along a steep dropoff. The snorkeling here was as good or better than a bunch of well-known places that require a long boat trip! I almost hate to leave such a positive review because it may stimulate others to visit. Try the sea bass in red curry with a couple pina coladas after a long snorkeling day. Paradise!

Most idyllic place I have ever stayed, a beautifully designed resort, the staff were wonderful. Restaurant was some of the best food I have had in Thailand, delicious cocktails. Gorgeous pool and beach, perfect secluded spot.

We loved our stay at the coco cottages! So peaceful, absolutely beautiful. The staff was nice and helpful. Great breakfast in the morning and enjoyed our dinners as well. After scoping out the other lodging on the island we felt we really picked the right place— coco has the perfect amount of character and charm, we felt right at home. Thank you for the beautiful honeymoon arrangements as well!

We had a great stay! Everything is back to normal after Covid: Clean and nicely styled bungalows, pool to relax in, live-music events, solid breakfast buffet and really good Thai-Food!

A dream! We stayed 5 days and it felt like a year. Very dreamy, comfortable and relaxed place. A lonely beach, friendly staff, great food, nice views. We just had the perfect stay at Coco Cottage. Totally recommended! No that Ko Ngai is not as developed as many other Thai islands, this means all food and drinks have to be brought over from the main islands which raises the prices - but it's totally worth it to stay here if you need to be away from the busy world for a while :-)
