Asap Car Rental (Arrival Terminal)

No problems renting from ASAP great staff and location at the Airport. Cars are fresh and clean. Checking out just takes a few minutes. Checking back in is the same. Just remember where you rent car is the same place to return it. No problems...

We have rented from several car rental companies and ASAP car rent at Suvarnabhumi Airport definitely seem very good with friendly staff and their cars are in good order to. The next we will book direct without using a booking company.

No prior booking. Took a Toyota CH-R for 5 days at 9309THB with zero excess insurance. Not exactly cheap, but all other rental agencies were out of mini SUVs.

We got a newish car (<1year, ODO 4500km). Interior and exterior was cleaned thoroughly when collected, and it drove faultlessly for over 1000km. The dark tint on the windows took some getting used to, especially at night and when there's no street lighting.

Collecting and returning was quick and easy. Return location is the same as airport departure drop off, so factor in congestion and maybe some hassle finding a spot to park.

91RON petrol ranged from 22+THB to 23+THB on our journey. We used mainly PTT, a local petrol company. We drove from airport to Khao Koh and back following Google maps. Petrol stations were easy to come by, so there's no concern with running out of fuel in remote areas.

Thai motorists have better manners compared to those in my home country. In general I find that Thai road users have a give and take mentality, hence our trip was smooth and without any dramas. Just be careful of animals straying onto the roads, especially when it's dark.

Airport counter staffs were rather nonchalant. That's the only gripe but to be frank, all the other agencies we approached behaved similarly too. But it's not a big problem, don't let that put you off or spoil your holiday.

Phone is not working- so what if there is real incident

車子可用apple car play,油表有問題，汽油在機場附近加油站加滿了，還車時油表有問題降一格，staff堅持要我們加油到滿格或是給五百元。我們開去附近加油站硬加了三次油仍未滿格，後來請加油站員工在電話中幫我們解釋才解決問題。

Avoid this company. Even renting a premium car (Toyota Fortuner) from the Bangkok rental offer, did not give you a chance for proper client service. I asked about the one-day extension and receive information from the client service, that they cannot charge me from the deposit, and I need to travel 50 km to the airport to do the extension. In a ”real world” you can return car anytime and you will be charged via deposit. It’s totally unprofessional and unpleasant.

不要跟他們租車，避開詐騙集團。
如果可以給「零」顆星,我會給「零」。
垃圾公司，租車期間車輛尾部被機車撞到,當下找了保險人員過來檢查及紀錄。但還車時居然要扣押金6000THB，錯不在我，我車被撞卻要扣我錢，staff只懂不停說不好意思、沒有辦法、公司規定等等，簡直是詐騙
