Friendly and good doctors and nurses. Clean and nice hospital. They have translators available. Doctors and staff were very helpful even in dealing with insurance.

I came here for a Covid booster shot. The staff were so informative and polite.

Necessary facilities were there. Coffee shops and 7-11 were there.

Great hospital which is not very busy. It has a nice restaurant and a seven 11. There are translators available. Everything is very clean and overall it was a relaxing pleasant experience.

I seriously don't get all the many negative reviews this hospital gets?

The hospital is very new, their equipment is modern and of great quality. Their doctors are good, but keep in mind this hospital is in the suburbs of Bangkok, not in the centre of Bangkok. So if you want to see those famous renowned specialists, you gonna have to take your car and drive yourself to Bumrungrad, Bangkok Hospital, etc instead of coming here to post negative reviews.

Seriously this hospital is much cheaper than all those others top notch hospitals, their equipment is just as good if not better (more modern), and the doctors are great.

People say this hospital has no customers? What a joke, I recently had to be admitted to this hospital and it was tremendously hard to find an IPD room because they all were full and there was queue!

I was helped with my RT-PCR COVID-19 test very rapidly, i paid the express service due to my urgent time to fly to USA. I waited exactly two hours as they told me i had my documents in my hand. excellent service.
