Novotel Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport

Large, modern room (deluxe king). Quick and easy shuttle to and from airport. You can find booth for the shuttle near the airport exit. Bottles of water provided. Comfortable bed. Very quiet. Happy with our one night stay.

Its the most comfortable way to get a well deserved rest after long flights. Walking distance through airport about 10 min will get you to the location. Room was comfortable with the view of the pool. Room service was quick and food was surprisingly delicious. We got an ice cream surprise for my daughter that was brought in by the staff. Very sweet touch. All the employees are attentive, kind and welcoming!

We were so happy to get upgraded to a suite for our very short stay. The room was clean and modern and spacious. The entire hotel was really quiet, amazing since it’s in the middle of the airport. The swimming pool looked beautiful although sadly we didn’t have time to use it. The 5am walk to the departures lounge via the tunnel was very easy and quick.

Very convenient location near airport (walked through a tunnel to simply join hotel).
Corridors and room need a bit of refurbishment, yet people are very welcoming, room was quiet and facilities are very good.
I will come back again.

We came with a day pass/fitness pass during a long airport connection time. The fitness pass was 800baht and allowed us to use the Pool, gym, jacuzzi and sauna. This turned out to be one of our best ideas! We were able to refresh ourselves, use the poolside bar. Order poke bowls and burgers to our sun loungers which were delicious and order a cocktails at the poolside bar. I fully recommend doing this if you need to chill and refresh yourself doing travel and you have a significant amount of time in Bangkok during the day. Also it is a short drive from the airport with the free Novotel airport shuttle from gate 4.

Good location a short walk from BKK airport - very good for my short transit. The basement walkway connection was a bit strange and didn't feel particularly safe...I was the only person using it and this was around midnight. The hotel itself was very nice and the bed especially comfy.

The location it good. I can walk from airport to the hotel. But it's will a bit hard for who have a lot luggage you can use taxi hotel services. For the room it's clean and there has all the amenities we need.

Ah what a sanctuary after the hotels around Thailand. I was very pleased to find the hitel to have European standards. Rooms are big, clean and cozy. Amazing soft sheets and bed. Had a shower and a bathtub in my room with a view towards the pool. The pool is beautiful although there were not enough sun chairs for everyone so get there early. There is a nice gym with Jacuzzis and saunas in the locker rooms! Amazing. The room was expensive but worth every euro ❤ room service was cheap and there were some vegetarian options as well. A few minute underground walk path to the airport.

My 5th stay this year. Great quiet clean safe and convenient Airport Hotel. The staff is very nice and the Conciege is at the top.of his game, excellent. I was traveling with my Handicapped Sister and the 2 accessible room were beautifully designed.

Just walking into this hotel is a special feeling. Beautiful decorations, very attentive staff, fabulous breakfast buffet. Rooms are well appointed but not cluttered. Shower is wonderful with great shampoo and conditioner. We had to leave at 5:00 AM and they had two attendants help us with luggage and a wheelchair. We were dragging at that hour, but the staff was very helpful and friendly. A great location close to the airport with a shuttle waiting both at the airport and when we needed to leave for the airport.

We struggled to find the entrance to the underground walkway, but once we had located it (we had to go down several lots of escalators) then it was a fairly easy 10 minute walk underground to the hotel entrance.
The hotel was much smarter than we had realised and we wished we’d arrived earlier so we could have used the beautiful pool.
Our room overlooked the pool and was well equipped with bottles of water and tea and coffee making facilities and was very spacious (we booked a basic room as we weren’t there for long).
The lobby is very impressive and the restaurants lead off it. We had a drink and snack in the sports bar and were impressed with the value (we like the way that Novotel hotels always quote prices including all service charges and taxes).
Check in and out was swift so we didn’t have anything to complain about at all. We would consider staying there again and using the train link into the centre of Bangkok if we arrived early in the morning as it’s very easy to access the train station from the underground walkway to the hotel.
There’s nowhere to eat near the hotel, so you’re pretty much confined to eating in the hotel if you are not here long enough to venture into the city by train. We didn’t have breakfast as we had an early flight the next day so can’t comment on that. It was certainly lovely to be able to get up in the morning and wheel our suitcases along the underground walkway to the terminal: a very stress free start to our long journey home!

We had a great stay at the Novotel airport hotel. We arrived to Bangkok around 10pm and had an early flight the next morning so it gave us peace of mind knowing we could walk to and from the airport without having to rely on transportation. The room was perfectly clean and modern. While this hotel is pricier than most other hotels in Bangkok, it was worth it for the convenience. Highly recommend staying here between flights and would stay here again in the future!

This is the best choice to stay for domestic connecting flight. We can walk to the hotel indoor underground or there are 4 bus stand by at the hotel counter in the airport in the 2nd floor which is very convenience. There is no late checkout fee! I checked in at 2am and the hotel said I can checkout at 2am the next day! This is awesome!

If you need a hotel right at the BKK airport, then this hotel is excellent. My hotel room was probably the most spacious hotel room I've ever been in, and it was very nicely decorated. It is possible that I got a room upgrade without knowing it, but I am quite confident that the other rooms are also very nice.

Absolutely perfect for a long layover or airport stay. Located at an easy 5 min walk (there’s also complimentary shuttle) from the terminal, it’s clean, quiet, and perfect for a one night stay. City is a quick light rail ride away; stayed for one night and had dim sum, tried out their happy hour, and room service. Staff are friendly, courteous and efficient. Thank you for the stay.

It was a short stay but the service and the little touches made me feel that this hotel puts in all the efforts to care for guests. From the driver of the free shuttle, the reception gentleman who kindly escorted me to the privilege check-in lounge, to even showing me to my room. The room itself was filled with little touches. I was super delighted to see snacks of dried fruits, nuts and Thai dried banana in little glass bottles in addition to welcome snacks. Perhaps the Hotel knew that I was in transit in advanced and hungry! Overall a most pleasant stay. Keep up the great work

Just go downstairs from the arrivals hall and you will see signs to the Novotel airport hotel, which is a short five minute walk. Check in is simple and quick. The room was clean and efficient. We had a great sleep and a wonderful breakfast. We even spent some time at the pool before checking out and continuing our travel.

I stayed at the hotel along with my other 6 family members, just a night prior to our transit flight. The hotel has slightly old yet large rooms, hospitable and kind staff. What I liked the most is that the hotel does not make you feel you are in an "airport hotel", there are lots to do to make your short stay enjoyable - spa, nice restaurants etc.

I have stayed at the Novotel Suvarnabhumi Airport Hotel several times now and I always
look forward to my stay. A great hotel anywhere but one the of very best airport
properties I have experienced. The rooms are large and comfortable, the swimming pool
as good as it gets and the restaurants outstanding. Easy access to and from the airport with
the hotel shuttle every 10 or so minutes.
