Very basic, but air conditioning. Next to a really small town, better get all your supplies ahead if you are turning away from the main road.

Having stayed here many times i find the owners unfriendly. They charge what they like. I have paid in the range of 350 to 500 Baht a night. For the same room. If you stay less than 24 hours they still charge you for extras. On one occasion i paid with 1000 Baht to stay 1 night. When I asked for my change they replied I only gave them 500 Baht. If you want to be ripped off then go there. Admittedly there is aircon but the water does have any power and trickles from the shower. They will knock your door and ask when you are checking out even when you have only been here 6 hours. There are no shops or restaurants near. There is a 24 hour Esso garage about 400 meter walk away but there isn't much choice or selection unless you like potato chips
