I wish I had a lot(!) more time. Dr. Saad really knows what he's doing. According to my (German) experts my right side had (pseudo-)sciatic problems or a torqued sacrum illiacum respectively. But after a few minutes he focused more on my right hamstring, calf and quad which were veeery tight.

I'm not gonna lie, this was one of the most painful experiences in my life ... maybe I should've just screamed like the lady before me, so he wouldn't get too rough🤔😁 If you're looking for a nice massage this is definitely the wrong place. But as Dr. Saad says:"No pain, no gain" and boy, does he deliver🙇‍♂

Sadly I only had 3 sessions. Each one was different, but felt much better than the last. God knows what he's capable of if you have the time.

Me and my wife had already been in Thailand for 2,5 weeks doing massages almost everyday or everyother day. And for every new massage place we visited it got better and better since we were very sincere and serious about healing ourselves after years with all kind of ailments, including disc herniation. It was not before we tried Dr.Saad that we understood just how superficial all the previous massages had been. Me and my wife often had some similar symptoms, but different physical reasons for them. Dr. Saad exceptionally quick found the cause of the problems and started different treatments for the both of us. We only had the chance for 6 sessions each and it did make us both feel better than we had been in years. All i wish is we had more time. I can truly recommend dropping by Dr. Saad, have a chat and try at least 2 or 3 treatments, as he do show a great knowledge of the body and its ailments.

You can't expect a regular thai massage here!
Dr. Saad is a medical masseur. He fixed my shoulder, with wich I hab Problems for over one year. Surely you wont get any wonder treatment but he knows good trigger-points and so on. It is a mix between massage, trigger pointing and ostwopathy. It will cost you around 800B á 45 minutes. But it depwnds on your treatment. He speaks good english and also little other languages. Will come again.

I found Dr. Saad by googeling for massages in Ko Yao and the term „healer massage“ catched me, as I am a friend of alternative treatments and have been struggeling with pain for years after an accident. Arriving at his spot Dr. Saad was very welcoming - his English is good, so communication is easy. The cozy and very basic hat in which he treats his clients has a nice sound system on which he plays relaxing Dub sounds during the sessions.

All in all I had three sessions with Dr. Saad. He recommended a fourth one and was even willing to help me with the transfer from the hotel. For some reasons I did not do the last one - regretting it a bit.

The treatment itself was, without a doubt, the best massage I ever got in my entire life. Dr. Saad found all the pain spots and released a lot of tensions throughout my whole body, that had been there for years. The massage itself was very intense and powerful and, from time to time, very painful - in a good way.

In case I had have more time in Ko Yao I would have gone for a whole week or more of treatments, as I am fully convinced he would have released everything thats blocked, by his unique fascia massage.

If you are looking for a relaxing massage, this place probably is not the right one. If you are looking for a releasing massage, Dr. Saad is the right one! The price is higher than a regular thai massage, so is the intensity.

Dr. Saad, thank you! And please excuse me not having called for the last treatment.

So happy we found him.

I came to get his treatment six times with my wife.

Dr. Saad is a very easy-going, kind and fun guy. We had lots of good laughs, and you can play your own music on his sound system while staying at his place.

That being said he is a master of his profession and knows exactly what he’s doing. He’ll change your body for the better. Yes it can hurt at times, but we learned to understand his credo “no pain, no gain”.

Taking appointment was easy, best you call him on the phone (reply to mail or the contact form can be slow). He arranged for easy pickup by car at our accommodation on the island.

This is the real deal, so we can give our warmest recommendations. Check out his homepage and the embedded YouTube videos.

Thank you!!!

After having hip pain that restricted my movement for months, I developed kidney area pain after diving off Koh Yai Yai. Dr Saad treated me six times over a week. The first two treatments were more painful than physiological birth (x3)! Now….. I feel like a new woman ready to swing around the dance floor.🙏💝🙏

Dr. Saad is really good. I have been in Thailand for over 4 years and his technique is spot on. He is a third generation healer and learns his technique from his dream state. His English is pretty good so communication is not a problem.

Excellent massage. Shame I didn’t get the chance to stay on Koh Yao Yai longer. Dr Saad has the magic touch and a wicked sense of humour. He had both me and my cousin laughing from the jump. We only managed one massage this time round but go with the mindset you’ll need three sessions at minimum.

Enjoy and be blessed travel buddies.

I am a former World Champion Dragon Boat paddler and world ranked competitive swimmer from Canada. Since retiring from competition and training 9 years ago, I have struggled with chronic pain and imbalances throughout my body from several significant injuries sustained across my career. During my athletic career and since subsequently retiring, I would say that conservatively I have dealt with at minimum 110 sports doctors; chiropractors; massage therapists; phisio and occupational therapists; acupuncturists and TCM healers in Toronto, Canada and across North America… I would consider myself an amateur expert on both pain and attempts (and failures) to heal.

I came to Dr. Saad with my story and he prescribed 25 one hour treatments. We have just finished the 8th and I already absolutely believe Dr. Saad is easily the best practitioner I have ever had the honour to work with in terms of his knowledge of the human body, and his obvious genuine care and commitment to healing others.

Though his techniques can be extremely painful as has been mentioned; He is unparalleled. Being blind; Dr. Saad’s mind and consciousness is completely diffused within his own body. He applies this awareness to his clients pains; a perfected knowledge that he is able to comprehend through touch and subtle energy in the body. In essence - he learns our problems by imagining they were his own - then intuitively knows how to fix the issues through his training. His technique in doing so is unrivalled.

*Update - it has been a month since finishing with Dr. Saad and I cannot remember feeling physically better in my life. I will never forget how much he has helped me. If you have chronic or acute myofascial pain - go to work with Dr. Saad ASAP.

Great experience. Dr Saad is very kind and his technique is unique, like nothing I had experienced before. It hurts a bit but you feel that it’s hurting in the right way. Highly recommended if you’re struggling with chronic joint pain. Thank you Dr Saad 🙏

Highly recommend Dr Saad. He spoke very good English and we chatted about my ailments. He showed me his speaker system and played some of his tunes for me during the massage. He offered my some of his lunch also! Dr Saad is very kind and funny. The massage was thorough and targeted the whole body - don’t expect it to be relaxing though. I already feel better! Thank you kindly Dr Saad. Best wishes to you and your family. Billy

Very happy to found Dr. Saad. It’s very pain but healing my long term back pain! I spend one week in the Island, but only could manage to do 3 times, it would require at least a day of resting for the body to recover and awaken those blocked pressure point!

Dr Saad is a lovely guy and he knows what's he is doing. He is rough but it's a healing massage not a Thai massage. We went there three times and must say, we feel heaps better. I had a sore back and arms and he managed to fix it within three sessions. If you have any issues with your body (muscular) then he is worth a visit. We payed 600baht for one hour as we where with to. Although he is blind hus family helps him with bookings and appointments. I highly recommend him.

the most special massages I've ever gotten. Dr. Saad finds your problematic spots and tries to solve the issues. We went back three more times, we've met people who went over ten times.
It can hurt quite a bit, but it will be worth it! highly recommended, you won't be disappointed!

I have been suffering from lower back issues for years. A week before arriving in Koh Yao Yai I had a spasm and it went so bad that I could barely walk for the last 5 days. I had one 1hr massage before lunch and another one after lunch with dr Saad.
The massage was quite painful but is sure helped a lot - some of his techniques reminded me of the only other techniques that actually have been working by a professional phisyotherapist back at home in Estonia. So the guy knows his stuff. Worth a visit if you have any chronic issues. Thank You!

OMG. I don’t think I have every been in that much pain during a massage but OMG again, my stiff knee of some months which just would not get better was fixed after four sessions. If you want relaxing, not the place, but if you need healing and fixing, go! Great views from the open windows whilst you are lying on the massage bench, and great music!

Words cannot even describe... I had very bad pain in my foot from a very long time ago. Doctor Saad held my foot and easily found everything that was wrong and fixed it. Went from not being able to put weight on one side of my foot to being able to put my full body weight on that side of the foot.

This man has a gift.
