You truly went above and beyond to ensure that every step of our family's resort experience was taken care of. The resort itself was absolutely breathtaking, with beautiful greenery and a stunning sea. It felt like a dream being surrounded by such amazing people. Whether you're on a family vacation, a couple's retreat, or a honeymoon, this is definitely the best destination to choose. I hope this place stays this way forever. No "upgrades" please! The perfect combination of island chill and, hippie dippy and lovely details. Garden of Eden. Affordable and quiet. Great beach, good and simple amenities. Easy kayak, paddle board and snorkel gear to borrow and nice swimming beach. Cool comfortable and clean simple room. Island paradise.

Superb hotel with nice view. We had the two bedrooms which was fantastic. The beach is cleaned everyday and the organisation of tours from reception is free of charge. We definitely had a great stay with 3kids)

We stayed for two nights at this amazing resort. We had such a nice time and were happy with what we received for what we paid.
We booked the rooms with a private pool and found we were less than 30 metres from the sea also which was brilliant.
Highly recommend and will be going back one day!

Nui and May from the reception helped me organise trips from the hotel to different islands and to Koh Yao Yai pretty much everyday with excellent advices and great adresses to eat or activities. It was fabulous! The hotel is perfect for relaxing and swim in the sea and in the pool. The food is delicious and the cocktails too!

If you have ever wanted a private island paradise, look no further. Beautiful grounds, with hedge maze, walkways, flowers, beach side pool and a stunning beach.
Breakfast overlooking the waves, and delicious dinners, with the most accommodating staff.
The front desk really knocked it out of the park. Due to a fallen line, we had no power. They were so concerned that we had flashlights, candles and that we were comfortable.
The island is quiet and the resort is at the end. Renting a scooter was so easy and inexpensive, absolutely do it!

The wonderful staff of the Elixir Koh Yai Yai are what made this a 5 star review. It is rare to find such consistently conscientious, considerate and creative people in a resort. We booked direct and were given very fair rates on our superior rooms, which were very nice inside although the outsides are a bit dated (renovations coming soon I heard). The reservation and front desk staff were able to answer every question. When we showed up with inflatable flamingos that needed inflating, they sent them to the local motorcycle repair shop without a second thought. When I dropped a lighter between the slats of my deck, they sent someone to get me a replacement. The restaurant staff were perfect - knew when to be friendly and when to leave guests undisturbed. The bartender at the Tiki Bar was talented and very attentive to our needs (I had to ask for a couple of margaritas with half the normal tequila to last the night) and seemed genuinely happy to serve. The massage women were good too, and allowed me to book an (off menu) in room massage when I had hesitations about sharing indoor space with others due to my health concerns. Mine showed up masked as requested and I was happy to see the friendly housekeeper masked as well even before she knew if anyone was home. The food was good, the beachfront seating and bar picturesque, the pool busy and lounge chairs comfortable.

My wife and our two daughters, 8 and 11 really loved this place.
Having spent a week in a 5 star resort on another island and finding it busy, overpriced and a little too full of loud, brash sun-bed-hoggers this was a real breath of fresh-air.

There is one restaurant and the bar isn't open till the evening but, the food is excellent, you can't beat the sunset and as the beach is coral, it's crystal clear water all the way to the horizon.

There're a few restaurants in walking distance and you can easily rent a bike to explore the rest of the island.

It's not the place to stay if you're hoping to pop into Phuket in the evenings but if you're looking to escape and relax with the softest sand and the best sunset, it can't be beaten.

I almost don't want to write this because I want to go back and don't want Elixir becoming so popular that I can't get a room :-) It's really that good! From the management to the gardeners, everyone had a smile. The food, excellent. Their beach? Quiet, clean and spectacular. The accommodation? WOW. Spotlessly clean, all the amenities you could wish for (and more). The en-suites are just a bit special with the outdoor shower, and HOT water :-) But the service? OMG...we booked for 4 nights. My wife sustained an injury, meaning we couldn't make the next part of our trip, which was 3 nights in Bangkok. Asked Elixir if they could help us out by staying there the 3 extra nights, with the knowledge that we'd lost money on our flights and the BKK hotel. They responded with an upgrade to one of their beach front pool villas at a very, very generous discount. So in total, 7 nights of sheer bliss in paradise. Quite unlike "The Cove" on Phi Phi.
I'll further qualify this review by confirming I am myself a hotelier from the UK and as such, am difficult to impress.

Absolute Heaven .
The staff were awesome . Whole atmosphere of the place Induced relaxation. The resort is out of the way so no good if you want a party atmosphere.
Great breakfast , lovely villas.
Private beach is amazing . Happy hr cocktails buy one get one free at The Tiki bar 5-7 .
Activities shed with kayaks , stand up paddlebaord among other things .
Couple of family run restraunts 5 mins away if you want a change .
One gripe only.... need more storage for clothes in rooms a couple of drawers would be good.
But apart from that 10 out of 10

We stayed for three nights at this wonderful resort during the low season (end of August) and had the most relaxing time. The beautiful beach is truly private (flanked by natural barriers) and we were able to truly relax more than at many resorts we’ve been to. There are three dogs that live on the property which we loved lounging around with. Breakfast buffet was very good and we enjoyed a gorgeous sunset from our deck with in-room dining. Staff is very kind. Recommended!

A very nice resort with great location by the beach along with friendly and helpful people who work there - the attached tiki bar is really fun and the breakfast was nice too. It’s really easy to get to by moped or they can organise a car no worries

This is paradise if you’re looking for some calmer moments. We spent five days at this amazing place and can only recommend it. The service was excellent and at the end of the day, this is the Thailand we want to keep in our hearts when we leave. Amazing!

We really enjoyed our stay at Elixir. The beach is so close and beautiful. We also enjoyed the pool and the restaurant as well as the bar, where watching the sun set is a must. Perfect if you are looking for a romantic, remote place.

The resort is located a little far from the pier. You have to take a transport vehicle from pier to resort. But that is worth a short ride. You can do sightseeing on the way. It's a beautiful resort. You can relax and enjoy the nature if you could opt for villa with pool and with beach view. Service could have been a little better. But totally worth it.

We stayed for 6 nights at the Elixir and we can say: It was amazing! Such an relaxing place for an amazi g price with really excelent service which we enjoyed from the welcome till the goodbye.

Even when there was a blackout at the whole island the staff was very caretaking. They gave us a candle and flashlight and apologized for the inconvenience.

Since the high season did not start yet it was really quiet in the resort and not many guests have been there which was perfect for us.

We enjoyed swimming in the pool, working out in the gym, relaxing at the beach and sitting down for a nice cocktail at sunset.

There where also three cute dogs around who liked to get pet!

The delicious breakfast buffet offered a variety of sweet and savory food, thai and intercontinental.

We can highly recomment staying in Elixir and want to say thank you to the great team!

Beach paradise! Beautiful villas, amazing views and facilities, outstanding food, but most of all, the staff make this resort the paradise that it is.

Good hotel with a very nice territory, a private beach, and great views at every angle. The staff was also helpful, helped with booking of the tour & transfer back to the pier, also they took care of me when I got stung by a jellyfish. Bar and a restaurant are also located right in from of the beach, and you can watch beautiful sunsets there. Food was tasty, though on one of the days the service was veery slow. Liked our small villa with a pool and outdoor shower. Bed was very comfy & soft with feather pillows, hairdryer was great too. Overall, we enjoyed our stay 🫶

Great hotel with kind staff. We stayed for 3 nights and had a great time. The beach is very close, clean and not crowded. We were known as the people that like mango smoothies.

One day we have been snorkeling and an other we rented a motorcycle to explore the island.

I've enjoyed everything about my stay. The beautiful scenery, like a dream. Super friendly staff, always helpful and supporting. This resort has a more secluded vibe that i personally liked very much. Really good to unwind from a stressful work life.
The breakfast selection was among the best i've had, tasteful music in the background. Love it.
