Nok Air cancel flights for no reason. Then they make you fill out a form for a refund and demand 45 WORKING DAYS (exclusive weekends and national holidays) to issue your refund. This is too long time and so I had to do a chargeback with my bank. If you are in the same situation, do a chargeback with your bank as soon as possible. This is the only way Nok Air will learn. Customer service here sucks. They are not customer friendly. Use AirAsia or other instead.
