Seaside home

This place is amazing! I stayed here on my own and loved it. The owner and her friend were so friendly and helpful. The room is perfect and has its own wooden deck to relax on. Shops and restaurants are just around the corner and you’re right in the middle of a lovely local village. I even saw a dugong, right outside my window!! Would definitely recommend staying here if you visit Ko Muk :)

One of the most amazing spots! Rooms are small and cosy and very clean. The veranda is right on the beachfront with a beautiful sound to fall asleep to. Yuat and Niki are the kindest persons you can imagine and do everything for you. We had such a wonderful time together with them and enjoyed our stay to the fullest. We were very sad to leave but are very happy to have made new friends along our journey. I can highly recommend this place, not only because of the location and the service but also because of the loving hearts and the kind people they are. Hope to get the chance to visit them again soon!

The other reviews are correct. Real Thai hospitality, very kind owners and management that looked after our every need and more. Arranged our trips, our transport, additional help die to reduced mobility and even kept as fed and watered. Amazing cook and a great view. Swimming beach is a short walk or taxi but the island is fixed price 50 baht per person to anywhere, so it really doesn't matter how far you are from the beach.

We were touched by the owner and staffs’ hospitality—made us feel like home. A wonderful location where you can sit at the wooden balcony looking at the ocean and listening to the waves under your room. Very clean and tidy room with enough basic facilities. Peaceful place, more on the local side of the island but also easy/fast to go to the market and pier. The one-day boat trip was amazing!!! There is also a cool bar neighboring.

You can't be closer to the sea. Fantastic hospitality from the owner and her family and staff.
Looking forward to come back for a longer stay.

Très joli endroit avec une jolie vue tout près de l eau. La chambre était propre avec le minimum mais ce qu'il faut.
Nikki fut d'une grande gentillesse et parle très bien anglais. C'est l'âme de la maison.
Merci pour ces 3 jours.

Byliśmy tam jedną noc,ale nie mogłem się doczekać aż napiszę opinie na temat tego miejsca i właścicieli.
Po dwóch tygodniach spędzonych w Tajlandii podróżowaniu z wyspy na wyspę na sam koniec trafiliśmy z powrotem na Koh Mook. Właścicielka tego miejsca to jest złota osoba na rękach Ją nosić.Cudowna kobieta o gołębim sercu. Bardzo kulturalna Pani na poziomie, wspaniała gospodyni,kucharka, organizatorka.Szukalem tylko pretekstu by z nią o czymś porozmawiać, bo rzadko spotyka się takich cudownych ludzi. Pokoj to najmniejszy z dostępnych, ale naprawdę nam to nie przeszkadzało,wieczory i poranki na tarasie nad wodą i ta morska bryza...
Mieliśmy płynąć rano na ryby ale był bardzo duży odpływ i był problem z łódką, wyprawa nie doszła do skutku ale naprawdę nic się nie stało. Właścicielka przepraszała Nas chyba z 5 razy.🙂 Polecam każdemu to miejsce, nie jest to może 5 gwiazdkowy pensjonat,ale dla poznania tej pani i zamienienia kilku zdań naprawdę warto.Bardzo sobie cenie otwartych ludzi którzy mają coś do powiedzenia, A takich niestety dzisiejszych czasach coraz trudniej. Jako rekompensata za wyprawę na ryby która się nie odbyła pani zafundowała nam wspaniałe śniadanie z Marlina ktorego złowił jej mąż. Dzisiaj kiedy odprowadziła nas do portu na do widzenia serdecznie się usciskalismy i przytulilismy.
Jeżeli pani czyta ten komentarz to z całego serca jesteśmy Pani wdzięczni,oraz dziękujemy za pobyt.

Excelente! La señora del lugar muy amable y servicial, ofrece tours baratos y por la mañana hay gratis sticky rice, tostadas,mermelada, te y cafe. Esta muy cerca de una linda playa q suele estar vacia.
La habitacion con un pequeño balcon directo al mar. Esta cerca de bares y restaurants.

Pobyt seaside home byl rewelacyjny. Właścicielka to bardzo miła kobieta, która a bardzo dba o swoich gosci. Codziennie rano jakies miłe niespidzianki np Mango sticky rice, owoce itd. Czysty, ale bardzo mały pokoik. Duzy minus za brak szafy czy nawet półki. Ale lokalizacja (tuz przy morzu), czystosc oraz dbanie o gości wynagradza ten brak. Na koniec wyjazdu maly gift ad wlascielki. :)))
Polecam wziąść u Pani wycieczke łódka po okolicy trwa 6h zapewnia jedzenie które sama przygotowuje.

Outstanding service for a budget option. Close to food and other services. Our room smelled a bit, but with the window open, it quickly aired out and was fine. Go to Charlie Beach and Miss Island.

Außerhalb der Hochsaison ist auf Koh Muk nichts los. So sind wir auch hier im Hotel die einzigen Gäste gewesen. Check-In war selbsterkärend. Wir haben das Zimmer zugewiesen bekommen und damit war der Check In vorbei.
Nach Wunschäußerung zum Frühstück gabs es Ananas und Rührei mit Toast was im Vergleich zu den offenen Restaurants hier wirklich ganz gut war.
Das Zimmer ist wirklich klein. Ein Bett mit etwas dreckiger und kaputter Bettwäsche. Das Bad sehr spartanisch und einfach gehalten.
Alles in allem für einen kurzen Aufenthalt und nicht so hohen Ansprüchen eine solide Unterkunft.

Séjour en famille de 5 nuits avec 2 enfants, nous avons des avis partagés.

Points positif :
- superbe vu sur la mer, agréable le bruit des vagues
-personnels très agréable, toujours disponible et parle anglais
- la cuisine du restaurant et rapide/ variée/ abordable et bonne.
-la propreté des chambres,ménage fait à la demande.

Point négatif :
-malgré sa jolie vu sur la mer, la plage est sale est dangereuse( du verre cassé partout, du fer rouillé sous le sable, du plastique sans arrêt à chaque marée etc etc )
-5 nuits, 5 nuits entières avec des rats qui court dans le plafond, une véritable horreur pour toute la famille.. (problème à résoudre urgemment)
- eau de la douche stagnante, donc à chaque passage dans la salle de bain, ou pendant la nuit pour des besoins, de l’eau à la trace.
- aucune isolation phonique, nous entendions sur ronfler/ les vidéos tiktok de nos voisins jusqu’à pas d’heures

L’endroit a un fort potentiel, en espérant que les points négatif vont se résoudre rapidement.
