very simple place but private, clean and quiet. Room is 700-800 baht per night, b/f not included. Walking distance from main street filled with restaurants and not far away from "the bridge" itself.

Best guesthouse, cute dog and its is very nice. Good for some photos and the stay is quite nice. Cheap and good 👍👍

Great place to stay and relax. Clean room and very quiet. The staff was very nice. If you love firm bed you will like this place, the bed was very firm and definitely for the people who like it to be firm.
There are couple of cats walking around , and we had a ginger kitten hanging out with us constantly.
Overall great place to stay and chill.
Highly recommended.

Spacious clean rooms with AC and bathroom.
Super friendly host and very helpful. Breakfast is there if you want it - eggs and toast or omelette.
Off the main road so in a quiet area but only 5 minutes walk from supermarket, bars and restaurants.
Excellent stay - highly recommend!

Room was clean and A/C and WiFi worked well. Located down a quiet alley it was peaceful yet still close to good places to eat, 7-11 and ATMs.

The owner was also super helpful in organising a trip to get passport photos and to the immigration centre to extend our visas. He offered to translate for us if we ran into any problems with the process!

Great place to stay in Kanchanaburi. We had a clean room on the upper floor where there also was a small sitting area. You could do your own laundry for 30 bht and put it out to dry on your own balcony in the back. That was very nice! Also, the owner was very very helpful in arranging tours and transport for a reasonable price. He even went as far as to advice us not to take a private taxi to Bangkok Airport, but just to take a public minivan as it would save us a lot of money. He woke up at 6am to buy tickets for us at the bus station and dropped us off personally. Not to forget that he offered me a ride to a night market to buy some local Thai snacks that I was talking about. He overheard me and offered a scooter ride. It was a great time to stay there. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Very welcoming service. As soon as we arrived they served us a drink. Rooms are very nice,clean and spacious. Hot water, airconditioning all work well. Simple breakfast, added extra eggs for 10 by each . It's in a very convenient location,yet at the same in a quiet Soi,has sufficient parking space as well. Owner very nice and helpful. It's a lovely family run business, and truly care about their customers. They know the area very well and the mother made a wonderful recommendation to visit Barme. They are the same owners of Siam Guesthouse where we stayed last time. Highly recommended if you want a nice clean inexpensive place. Will come back for sure, if we go to Kanchaburi again.

Absolutely love this place! It's beautiful, and the staff goes above and beyond to make you comfortable. They bring fresh towels and water every day, and always clean the bathroom and room when you're out. Run by a lovely, very kind family who are willing to help you in any way possible! The mother is incredible, she is always sweet and shares her fresh fruit with you/gets you water. Adorable room, and bathroom is very nice! Excellent air conditioning, television, and COLD water/coffee/etc available downstairs everyday. Not to mention the outside area is gorgeous, equally with the inside. Would recommend 100%. Outstanding, definitely my favorite place I stayed in Thailand. :) <3

Would definitely recommend to anybody looking to get out of the hostel life. Rooms were spacious, beds were very comfortable, and it’s located on a very quiet street. It is perfectly located right next to the train station, the night market, and the fantastic Thailand-Burmese Railway Center. The owner was WONDERFUL! He was incredibly helpful whenever we asked for the best places to eat and how to maneuver around town. Also incredibly reasonably priced for how wonderful this place is. Great accommodation for Kanchanaburi!!

Perfect location, walking distance yet off the main Street.
Nice room with good ac and shower.
Very accommodating staff that let us prolong our stay day by day and even let us check out 2h later when hubby got sick and needed a bathroom. They are not pushy like some hostels are, with tours and rentals, they let you go about your own business but will help you when you ask for it!
Recommend staying here!

We spent 2 nights in Kanchanaburi and stayed over at the Thai guesthouse. It was a lovely house in one of the alley. Around the area there’s a coffee cafe, 7-11, kanchanaburi train station and the kanchanaburi night market. Upon our arrival a cute grey-white cat welcomed us. The owner, Mr Note was super nice! Great hospitality! He helped us alot with getting us transport to Erawan waterfall and was super nice to get us to places when there was no transport/grab too! He was very accommodating! Would definitely recommend!

Great place, great room and great owner. The owner is super kind and friendly. He recommended a local food market and a restaurant. He helped us with everything like hiring a scooter and gave us a lift to the bus terminal.

Very friendly stuff . Owner speaks great English and was very helpful. Drove us to the bus station!! Very clean and nice place to stay!! I can totally recommend this place. Near every attractions and you can rent a bike. We were totally happy here. Best place we had in 3 weeks Thailand.

Affordable, clean guesthouse just off the main road. The host is wonderful & helpful! I would definitely recommend staying here if you are in Kanchanaburi!

Great hospitality and super clean rooms. The place is in the middle of everything you want to see, and just far enough off the main road to give you a little quiet between adventures in Kanchanaburi.

Nice rooms in a great location. Bed is a bit hard but this was fine for us.
